Vacheron Constantin Offers View on Travel in New Exhibition

A once-in-a-lifetime event, the new Vacheron Constantin temporary exhibition offers a fascinating view of travel. By showing major aesthetic and technical developments through 57 watches from its private collection, the watchmaker demonstrates its desire to create instruments that reflect the needs of the most demanding travellers. The first exhibits are François Constantin’s trunk from 1840 and a marine chronometer, symbolising the place the company keeps in its heart for the spirit of travel. The exhibition, until April 29, shows timepieces selected from more than 1,300 objects in the watchmaker’s private museum in Geneva by appointment only. vacheron-constantin.com
