Dreaming in colour
Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons have brought their distinctive style to fine jewellery with Prada Fine Jewellery Couleur Vivante. Featuring amethyst, aquamarine, madeira citrine, pink morganite and oro-verde peridot, the collection focuses on “absolute, intense colour, simultaneous dualities and nuances expressed in unanticipated combinations of unconventional, unpredictable gemstones”. Poet and activist Amanda Gorman (pictured above, top) and actress Tae-ri (above) star in the campaign alongside actress Maya Hawke, each in arresting monochrome portraits with their faces framed by the vibrant jewels.
In reserve
Comprising just 30 standalone pavilions, Aman’s newest must-visit destination is an extraordinary safari retreat set within Mozambique’s 150,000-hectare Karingani Game Reserve. Aman Karingani is the hospitality brand’s second location in Africa, following Amanjena in Marrakech, and will feature a limited collection of three- to six-bedroom branded residences alongside the exclusive resort. Guests will enjoy expansive covered decks with views across the horizon from their own private pools as well as an Aman Spa with wellness facilities designed to foster restoration and connection to the spellbinding surrounds.
Shifting gears
First unveiled at Gucci’s Cruise 2026 fashion show in Florence in May, Gucci Shift “reflects a refined sense of movement and offers a contemporary expression of athletic codes reimagined for today’s pace”. Ultralight and low to the ground, the new sneaker features equestrian-inspired details that connect heritage with modern design. For women, it blends mesh GG fabric and soft suede with side elastic inserts that enhance its deconstructed, lightweight feel. For men, the design emphasises bold modernity with signature Web stripe details on the tongue and back, and lateral stitching recalling the Web motif.
High line
Loro Piana is bringing its ties to Scotland to life with the richly coloured and textured Loro Highlands Capsule Collection. Designed for men and women, the capsule features the finest Loro Piana fabrics: Cheviot, Cover Wool Storm, rainproof waxed finishes and the exclusive Loro Clan, a sophisticated interpretation of traditional Scottish tartan inspired by the iconic “Belt” check pattern. Tones range from moss greens blending into dark browns in the men’s palette to earthy shades in the women’s collection, all brightened by the ochre-yellow nuances of gorse in bloom and touches of coppery orange that conjure up the Highlands in autumn.
