Mandarin Oriental expands luxury offerings in North America with exclusive villas

The prestigious hotel group introduces two exclusive villas in Bel Air, Los Angeles, marking its first foray into the North American luxury rental market

Mandarin Oriental Exclusive Homes has announced its strategic expansion into North America with the launch of two luxurious properties in Los Angeles' Bel Air neighbourhood: Villa Infinity and Villa Serenity. This marks a significant milestone for the brand as it seeks to meet the growing demand for high-end private vacation homes in sought-after destinations.

Villa Infinity, designed by London-based Quinn Architects, spans 14,438 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning views of the Los Angeles skyline. The property includes a 65-foot infinity pool and an array of entertainment options, including a private cinema and a fully equipped gym. With four en-suite bedrooms, including a lavish master suite with dual walk-in closets and a spa-inspired bathroom, every aspect of the villa is tailored for comfort and opulence.

In contrast, Villa Serenity offers a serene retreat designed by Felicity Bell, blending European craftsmanship with Californian luxury. This nearly 15,000-square-foot estate features an infinity-edge pool, multiple outdoor dining areas, and wellness amenities such as an indoor lap pool. The property accommodates up to ten guests in five en-suite bedrooms, ensuring privacy and relaxation.

Both villas are operated in collaboration with luxury home rental platform StayOne, which curates properties to guarantee exceptional quality and service. Guests can expect personalised experiences, from private chefs to tailored local excursions.
