Redefining the concept of "affordable luxury" in Sheung Wan, Honjo has unveiled a bold new culinary direction under Executive Chef Kyle Lee. The highlight is their exceptional new Tasting Menu.

Designed specifically for sharing, this menu offers a generous selection of 11 dishes, making it an effortless way for diners to experience the restaurant’s diverse evolution. Chef Kyle blends his Korean roots and London experience with traditional Japanese techniques to create dishes that surprise and delight.

While the specific 11 courses may vary, the new menu features vibrant creations such as the Perilla Prawn (black tiger prawns wrapped in perilla leaves with mentaiko mayo) , the refreshing Yuzu Salmon Tataki with shiso salsa and miso cream , and the indulgent Wagyu A4 striploin served on a Japanese hot stone with gochujang butter.
