A lucky winner stands to win a Buffet for two at Cordis, Hong Kong

Starting from 1 January 2026, The Place at Cordis, Hong Kong introduces an indulgent new buffet theme, celebrating premium seafood from around the world. Highlights include chilled Canadian Lobster*, Hokkaido Horse-hair Crab*, New Zealand Mussel, and a sashimi and sushi station offering tuna, Hamachi, and made-to-order hand rolls.

Brilliant by Langham members who reserve buffet via hotel’s official channels can enjoy an exclusive treat – a complimentary 10g tin of Baerii Caviar per adult and senior guest during dinner daily and weekend lunch, plus unlimited servings of selected wines, draught beer, soft drinks, and juices. Other guests can also enjoy the caviar at HKD79 per tin.

The buffet also features specialty dishes such as Grilled Prawn with Uni Sauce, Typhoon Shelter Crab*, and a live cooking station serving seafood ramen. Dessert is also a highlight – with over 20 creations from Kyoto Matcha Crème Brûlée Puffs, Purple Sweet Potato Chiffon Cake to MÖVENPICK® ice cream cart and made-to-order local treats.

The “International Seafood Delights” buffet is available from 1 January to 12 April 2026, lunch buffet priced from HKD398 per adult, HKD328 per senior, and HKD268 per child; while dinner buffet priced from HKD768 per adult, HKD668 per senior, and HKD568 per child, subject to 10% service charge.
