Jun 16, 2023
They say the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach. This Father’s Day, treat the man in your life to a feast fit for a king
Grand Hyatt
Treat your dad to an unforgettable brunch buffet at the Grand Hyatt Steakhouse this weekend. Pick from brunch classics like duck and waffle, Oscar egg Benedict, 18-hour slow-cooked bacon and New England clam chowder; and supersized meat selections including wagyu tomahawk and porterhouse. There’s also a Bloody Mary station for those looking to spice up the occasion, as well as a beverage programme with magnum bottles of bubbly and wine!
If a healthy appetite is what dad has, then the one-off lunch buffet over at Grand Café on 18 June is your best bet. It offers a myriad of classic international fare to choose from, such as seafood, prime rib, premium meat selections, Hainanese chicken rice and plenty more. Talk about being spoiled for choice.
Perfect for the beer-loving father figures, Grissini will be offering dinner menu on 16 and 18 June pairing Southern Italian classics with Italian handcraft beer Birra Flea. Specially curated by chef Valerio Mandile and head mixologist Drew Chigorimbo, highlights include lobster spaghetti with piennolo tomato and basil, grilled Mayura ganger steak with white asparagus, pickled tropea onion and sweet potato and more.

Then, there’s the newly added bulgogi burger, featuring a generous 6-ounce American Nebraska beef patty coupled with special kimchi slaw and kimchi mayo, and finish off with the Hong Kong-style French toast with vanilla ice cream.
For those dads that love local flavours, you can instead bring them over to Tin Lung Heen for their six-course “ocean’s bounty” menu. Highlights include a selection of traditional Cantonese delicacies, braised Yoshihama abalone in supreme sauce, stewed e-fu noodle with sliced beef ribs and chives; and crispy pan-fried pancake with milk custard paste.
