Andō

At chef Agustin Balbi’s Andō, the festive season is crowned by an elegant Christmas Experience Menu – available at lunch and dinner – from 24-27 December that marries Japanese finesse with Spanish heritage.
The journey begins with three intricate bocaditos – hamachi with long pepper and white kombu; pumpkin and ebi brightened with blood orange; and beef tartare with dashi gel – before moving into Andō’s signature Black Olive Sourdough and a luxuriant Ajo Blanco layered with Kristal caviar, Spanish Balfegó tuna, ao-nori and takana. Guests may enhance the experience with an optional Carabinero Red Prawns course, followed by Hokkaido Hand-Dived Scallop with truffle and parsnip, Kinki Fish with a maitake dumpling, and tender Pigeon paired with red cabbage and blueberry. The meal culminates in a comforting Arroz Caldoso of lobster, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves and Hong Kong–grown Yi O rice, before concluding with a sweet potato–chestnut Mont Blanc and delicate mignardises.

Mandarin Grill + Bar has prepared a series of festive menus to ring in the holidays, for both lunch and dinner. This includes the Saturday Festive Brunch and Sunday Festive Roast, available from now until 23 December, each brimming with classics such as Steak Tartare, Lobster Thermidor, and Roasted Organic Turkey with sage and onion stuffing, cranberry and bread sauce.
Then there’s also the Christmas Eve Dinner, which features an indulgent seven-course menu, beginning with an Amuse Bouche of No.2 superior Oscietra caviar with Alaskan king crab and celeriac dishes, followed by dishes like Gillardeau Oyster Custard, Line Caught Seabass with squid risotto, Oven Roasted M9 Australian Wagyu Tenderloin, and Blood Orange & Ginger Sorbet with mulled wine jelly, paired with a glass of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne.

At one-Michelin-starred Estro, chef Antimo Maria Merone presents an elegant Festive Dinner Menu available on 24, 25, and 31 December 2025, showcasing his signature blend of Neapolitan soul and contemporary refinement.
The experience begins with an aperitivo followed by Aori-ika with almond and caviar, leading into a vibrant Blue Lobster with fennel, dill and blood orange. A luxurious Linguine with Mazara red prawn and chilli precedes a delicate wild mushroom Consommé with tortellini. Guests may then choose between Bottoni with saffron and Melanosporum black truffle or Tagliolini in aromatic chicken–mushroom jus crowned with Alba white truffle. The main course offers a choice of Lamb with artichoke and mint or indulgent Wagyu M9 with morel and Melanosporum black truffle. The meal concludes on a festive note with Chestnut & Pear, with the option to enrich the dessert further with Alba white truffle.

At modern Indian restaurant Leela, chef Manav Tuli presents a heartfelt selection of festive à la carte specials available from now until 5 January, spotlighting regional traditions and winter-warming flavours.
Guests can begin with the smoky Turkey Seekh Kebab with colourful peppers, followed by the hearty Black Pepper Pork Rib Shorba Soup, a Bak Kut Teh-inspired pork broth. Vegetarians will appreciate the Bengali Pumpkin Bharta, a classic Bengali mash of pumpkin, onion, and red chillies. For those craving something sweet, savour the famed Qissa Khwani Kheer from Peshawar’s storied bazaar. Refined French restaurant Louise, led by chef Loïc Portalier, celebrates the season with a trio of elegant festive offerings across its Main Dining Room and La Terrace by Louise.
From 19 to 30 December, Festive Specials include a bright and delicate Scallop Crudo with ajo blanco, verjus gel, and grapes; a rich and comforting Duck & Foie Gras Pie with Périgueux sauce; and a refreshing Citrus & Honey dessert.
For a more relaxed celebration, Louise presents a selection of Festive Brunch Specials from 24 to 26 December and 1 January to complement its regular brunch menu, with highlights such as Scallop Crudo, Cavatelli with Black Truffle & Morels, and Foie Gras Toast.
In the spirit of gifting, Louise has also curated a series of Festive Gift Boxes, designed for effortless at-home indulgence featuring Louise’s signature Roasted Hong Kong Yellow Chicken.

Duddell’s, the one Michelin-starred Cantonese dining institution led by chef Chan Yau Leung, celebrates the festive season with an abundant programme of culinary highlights and seasonal indulgences. Winter Specials showcase luxurious Cantonese comforts, including Crispy Chicken Wing Stuffed with Glutinous Rice, Braised Lamb Belly with Shiitake and Bamboo Shoot in Claypot, Baked Chicken with Morel Mushrooms and 20-Year Huadiao Wine, Braised Pork Belly with Taro in Claypot, Fried Glutinous Rice with Preserved Meat, and Claypot Rice with Preserved Meats.
On 20 to 21, and 25 to 28 December, the Festive Brunch at The Upper Room offers unlimited fresh-to-table dim sum, mains and desserts, with free-flow packages. This December, Ship Street’s Trattoria Felino invites diners to embrace the warmth and generosity of the Italian holiday table with a series of celebratory dining experiences rooted in traditional Neapolitan flavours.
Warm and convivial, the Christmas Eve Dinner menu opens with a generous spread of shared starters – Langoustine Toast brightened with avocado and lemon zest; Mac & Cheese Frittatine; a luscious Carbonara Egg with yolk cream, pecorino and guanciale; and a refreshing Bluefin Tuna Tartare paired with burrata and Amalfi lemon. A luxurious Tagliolini with Périgord Black Truffle follows before guests gather around a hearty shared Roasted New Zealand Wagyu Bavette Steak, served with peppercorn–caper sauce and roasted baby vegetables. To finish, a trio of Italian sweets brings a touch of nostalgic sweetness to the evening.
For Christmas Day Brunch, Trattoria Felino brings together its most beloved Italian comfort dishes with a few festive additions. To start is a spread of sharing appetisers, followed by a selection of mains such as Scialatielli with zucchini and pecorino, Tagliatelle with saffron beef ragù, Cod Fillet with fennel and saffron, and Half Clay Pot–Braised Yellow Chicken, with optional upgrades like Spaghetti with Sea Urchin. For the occasion, Felino adds a festive Pappardelle al Ragù di Maiale – a rich pork ragù with mushrooms, rosemary and pecorino, served for two. To finish, guests can take their pick from three classic dolci: a crisp Cannoli with ricotta and candied orange, silky Tiramisù, or creamy Pistachio Gelato, ensuring a sweet and satisfying Christmas finale.

The Drawing Room invites guests to a whimsical afternoon tea inspired by Lane Crawford’s Baz & Friends, featuring an array of sweet and savoury creations by executive sous chef Hugo Cheng and the pastry team. On selected dates, enjoy exclusive surprises by Lane Crawford, ballet interludes by Jean M. Wong Ballet School, and a meet‐and‐greet with Riley, The St. Regis bear.
Adding to the celebrations, The Drawing Room also presents a special festive menu highlighting refined seasonal signatures, including X’mas-Glazed Turkey with Foie Gras Stuffing, Beef Wellington and the “Christmas Hat” dessert.
Upstairs at L’Envol, culinary director chef Olivier Elzer and executive chef Hwang Byeonghyen has crafted a festive journey that unfolds with silken foie gras refined by seasonal accompaniments, followed by a signature pithivier that marries tender Wagyu beef with Brittany blue lobster in delicate pastry. Created by executive pastry chef Rémy Gaule, the finale, Le Chalet Cacao, is a sculpted ode to the season, layering nuanced chocolate notes and artful technique.
Last but not least, The St. Regis Bar unveils a radiant collaboration with Clé de Peau Beauté, transforming cocktails into true objets d’art. Avoca invites guests to experience a festive journey like no other, blending bold Asian flavours both Western traditions for a celebration that feels uniquely Hong Kong.
On 24 and 25 December, Avoca’s Christmas Nights Dinner offers an à la carte menu with highlights such as Seafood Danzai Angel Hair, a refined interpretation of Tainan’s iconic noodle dish; Crispy Ravioli in Chestnut Soup, a playful twist on a winter classic; and Roasted Stuffed Quail Kung Pao Style, a bold fusion of flavours. Desserts such as the Red Bean Snowball reimagine Hong Kong’s beloved sweet soup with tangerine peel gelato and coconut espuma.
On 25 and 26 December, the Christmas Brunch embodies the festive spirit with unlimited starters, seasonal signatures and indulgent desserts. To complement are two exclusive cocktails: the HAW HAW HAW, inspired by nostalgic haw flakes and osmanthus sweets; and Apple Pie, a cosy winter indulgence with Horlick cream and festive spices.

For Lala’s very first Christmas, chef Franckelie Laloum and his team have curated a festive programme designed to enjoy with your favourite people.
Running throughout December, the Festive Lunch features rotating specials and optional supplements like Pâté en Croute and Red Wine Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek.
Available on weekends, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, the Festive Brunch reflects the convivial spirit that has defined the restaurant since opening, with an enticing selection of appetisers, homemade pastries and mains like the beloved Poulet Jaune with Koshihikari Rice, Charcoaled Grill Turbot with Smoked Hollandaise or a Tenderloin Rossini with Foie Gras and Truffle.
There’s also a dedicated dinner menu for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day only, reflecting chef Laloum’s fine dining background through a curated sequence of dishes that remain true to the restaurant’s modern, more accessible style. Cadoret Oysters set the tone, before moving to a French Black Truffle with Lettuce and French Beans, Warm Potato Blinis with Smoked Trout and Caviar and Blue Lobster Bisque. A Grilled Duck Foie Gras forms the middle course before the restaurant’s signature Poulet Jaune is presented as the shared main. A texture of citrus closes the evening.
