“When I was young, I used to live in a housing estate where, on the eve of holidays, the open-air car park would transform into a night market. Rows of Hong Kong-style food stalls would fill up the entire space. During that time, I would go for supper with my younger brother and uncle. I still remember those charcoal-grilled egg puffs and the hot soup that cooked the fresh vegetables and fish meat. After disappearing for nearly 10 years, the night market food stalls have unexpectedly reappeared on bustling Temple Street, which is filled with Hong Kong’s old charm. It’s a collective memory of Hong Kong people! Aside from its liveliness, Temple Street Night Market offers many different experiences, with a fusion of old and new cultures. In addition to local snacks and nostalgic delicacies, there are also exotic flavours, creating a strong sense of human connection. It’s like a treasure trove!”

“Art Week is this month and I’m looking forward to checking out all the amazing artists and galleries at Art Basel and Art Central. I’m also really excited to see what kind of surprise Kim Jones will bring to Hong Kong for the Dior Men’s Pre-Fall 2024 show. The exact date and location have yet to be confirmed, but I’m sure it’ll be nothing short of spectacular! ”

“March is an incredibly thrilling month in Hong Kong with world-renowned events like the Rugby Sevens and Art Basel. But it’s not just the events that make this month exciting; there are also several new and captivating venues that have recently opened their doors. If you’re someone who appreciates the enchanting allure of jazz music and seeks the intimate ambiance reminiscent of toe-tapping performances in New Orleans, then Ella at The Trilogy is a must-visit. For those in search of an extraordinary dining experience accompanied by a picturesque backdrop, Regent Hong Kong’s Qura is the perfect choice. Calling all gin enthusiasts, cocktail lovers and connoisseurs of mixology! Dr. Fern’s Gin Parlour, the hidden laboratory- inspired gem located in Landmark Atrium, has introduced a new range of prescription drinks that will undoubtedly tantalise your taste buds. These concoctions are truly a blessing for even the most discerning palates. With these new and exciting venues, March promises to be filled with culinary delights, captivating music and unforgettable experiences. Cheers to a month of discovery and enjoyment!”
