Supporters, sponsors and friends united at the annual Cancer Fund Gala dinner, supported by exclusive media parter #legend

The Hong Kong Cancer Fund hosted its annual “Party for a Purpose” on March 6 at Cloud 39, The Henderson, bringing together over 260 attendees, including the city’s key opinion leaders, influencers and supporters, to raise funds for its free cancer care services. Joined by pink ambassador Charmaine Sheh and esteemed guests, and supported by premier brands and exclusive media #legend, the event – themed “Radiance” – raised vital funds to help ensure patients receive free professional care, meaning no one faces cancer alone.

The gala featured a fundraising auction showcasing unique items such as jewellery from David Morris, a Louis Vuitton handbag, limited-edition Richard Hennessy and artwork by renowned artist Frog King. While entertainment from international performers added to the evening’s atmosphere.

Founded in 1987, the Hong Kong Cancer Fund stands as the city’s largest and most comprehensive cancer support organisation. For nearly four decades, it has been steadfast in its mission: ensuring that no one faces cancer alone. From its humble beginnings as a small support group, the organisation has grown into a vital lifeline for patients, survivors and families, offering a full spectrum of free professional services. The organisation relies entirely on public donations to sustain its work.
