Chris Tong

Chris Tong is carving his niche in the entertainment industry with a blend of talent and charisma. He is the son of renowned TVB actor Kent Tong and the twin brother of Bruce Tong, who is also celebrated as one of #legend100. Tong’s journey into the limelight began after he completed his studies at the University of California, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology and film. Upon his return to Hong Kong in 2017, Chris joined forces with his brother at Donnie Yen’s Superhero Film Company, marking his acting debut with a supporting role in the movie “Big Brother” in 2018. Beyond his acting pursuits, Chris has established himself as a fashion influencer, collaborating with high-profile brands such as Louis Vuitton. His influence extends beyond the screen and fashion, as he is also an entrepreneur, co-running a butchery with his brother. I actually love to sing a lot!

If you were a brand, what would be your motto?

If I were starting a brand, my motto would be “Be yourself.” Too often the fashion industry can pressure people to conform to narrow ideals of beauty and trends, but I think people should have the confidence to express themselves rather than fit into someone else’s mold.

What did you want to be when you were younger?

I always wanted to start up my own business when I was young and I have! I also wanted to start my own clothing brand and this will be my next goal… maybe.

Who inspires you?

A multitalented individual.

What has been your favourite memory this year?

I would say my birthday celebration was my highlight. It is always the best to spend the special day with your loved ones.
