Hong Kong-based Vipop by co-founders Lenia Perez and Fabiana Gonzalez launches new Sol 23 collection, continuing its mission to promote sustainable handcrafted fashion and accessories
Each artisan brand associated Vipop prioritises an eco-conscious approach – whether that means local production, zero waste processes, long-living pieces, carbon neutrality, vegan, organic, or recycled materials. The majority of these are women-owned ateliers that employ single mothers and indigenous peoples.
The brand envisions city streets where no one is wearing the same piece – because each has been made in small batches with low environmental impact in mind.
This Hong Kong-based fashion label with a focus on sustainable handcrafted works presents Sol 23, a collection that celebrates the vibrancy of Colombia’s Caribbean coast and its fullness of freshness and elegance.
The swimsuits are made from sustainable techno-fabric made of 100 percent recycled polyester from pre and post-consumer materials and our beachwear is made of threads made from recycled PET. Furthermore, our garments are made with natural fabrics such as cotton and linen. Additionally, we use ecological digital printing. A chemical-free process that reduces water usage and seeks to be more environmentally friendly.
Sol 23 is an ode to the beauty of nature through vibrant colors like red oranges, emerald green and hot pink which are not only eye-catching but also easy on the eyes for both men and women alike.
