On Sunday, February 23, 2025, join them in the Blue Room for a unique experience where the universal language of food transcends cultural barriers.

Savour an exquisite menu crafted by chef Chris Czerwinski and chef Chun Fai Chan, blending their culinary artistry into a symphony of tastes that tell stories beyond words. The evening begins at 4:30 PM with a screening of the above film, followed by an unforgettable dining experience.

The evening is brought together by Hong Kong-based social enterprise Rén. Dedicated to empowering disadvantaged youth, Rén connects them with job opportunities at partner F&B establishments, ranging from fast-food favourite Shake Shack to the Michelin-starred Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental.
