Henry, an American steak and smokehouse at the Rosewood Hong Kong, brings Thanksgiving classics to the table. Inspired by the Southern states’ culinary traditions, chef de cuisine Mario Tolentino brings the Henry grill BBQ set and Rosewood Thanksgiving turkey to the fore, available in both dine-in and takeaway.
Henry offers the menus with two options: herb-roasted turkey and smoked prime rib. Herb roasted turkey is a confit turkey leg with cranberry relish, cornbread tasso ham stuffing and turkey gravy, priced at HK$658. Those who want a taste of black truffle can choose smoked prime rib, which comes with chanterelle mushroom, confit shallot horseradish crème Fraiche and black truffle veal just, priced at HK$898.
