From May 9 to 13, three-Michelin-starred French chef Emmanuel Renaut will be welcoming guests into his alpine wonderland at Restaurant Petrus

The second prelude of Shangri-La Group’s “Find Your Shangri-La”, a global campaign that sets to deliver joyful experiences and inspire guests to discover their personal Shangri-La, acclaimed French chef Emmanuel Renaut’s five-day guest shift at Restaurant Petrus will be a gastronomic journey of taste and discovery.

Renowned for his masterful transformation of produce from mountainous regions into a vibrant and colourful modern cuisine, the exclusive lunch (May 10 to 13) and dinner (May 9 to 13) menus inspired by Shangri-La will be a repertoire of masterpieces that showcase chef Renaut’s culinary finesse and emphasis on seasonal ingredients. Wine pairings featuring some of the most sought-after vintage collections from Restaurant Petrus will also be available, each specially selected to complement the tantalising gourmet delights.
