Hey foodies, it's the best time of the year! The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau has just unveiled its line-up for this year's International Chef Showcase (ICS). Chinese Chef duo Wilson Fam and Angelo Wong of Yi and Hong Kong guest chef Vicky Lau of one-Michelin-starred Tate Dining Room will collaborate to present an eight-course dinner (MOP $1888+10% service charge) on May 3rd and 4th at Yi, Morpheus, City of Dreams, Macau.
Featuring Chinese Yam escorted with Seaweed Jelly, aroma of Sesame Oil with a special selection of Ossetra Caviar, Abalone, Pork and Chinese Mushrooms accompanied with Green Asparagus and Black Garlic, Wok-fried Lobster and Braised Rock Rice with Truffle and more, the special dinner menu also comes with wine and tea pairing options (MOP $600). For those who would like to go for wine pairing, you'll be able to try some highly-rated wine selected by expert Robert Parker.
To provide the best tasting experience, The MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau has also invited some of the best chefs from MICHELIN-starred restaurants around the world to cook for the lucky guests. Stay tuned for the full line-up and dates!
