The Haute Dog: New York’s Number One Street Food Staple With a Michelin Star

Manhattan’s very own hotel The Mark has introduced a new high to the hot dog game with luxury and flair. It is New York’s number one street-food staple after all, and Michelin-starred chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has appropriately named his hot dog cart the “Haute Dog” stand. Customers can choose between epicurean organic chicken or grass fed beef hot dogs, served with special Kimchi relish and home-made condiments.

Guests can also pair their opulent snack with a fitting cocktail from the new summer menu at The Mark Bar and Restaurant. “The Mark Bellini” is a light Prossecco with peach nectar, while “The Hugo” is a Hendricks’s Gin with Saint Germain Elderflower, Green Chartreuse and Lime. themarkhotel.com
