Hong Kong Arts Month is finally here. Located in the heart of Central, contemporary Asian restaurant CÉ LA VI is offering the special limited-edition menu Art March at CÉ LA VI that includes dishes such as Oyster & Botan Ebi, Grilled Salmon with Salted Egg Coconut Cream, Beet & Raspberry Mousse with Crushed Szechuan Peppercorns, Panthère Cobblers and more.
In order to celebrate Art Month, CÉ LA VI also partnered with Opera Gallery to display a series of international sculptures, such as American Artist Jonathan Seliger’s Hansom, at The Lounge, Sky Deck and restaurant space. Make sure to get a snap of the artworks as well as the Instagrammable dishes.
