Burton Snowboards and Leica unite for a unique instant camera

Leica Camera and Burton Snowboards have joined forces to create the Leica Sofort 2 Burton Edition. This collaboration celebrates their shared commitment to creativity and innovation.

The camera pays tribute to Jake Burton Carpenter, the founder of Burton Snowboards, who was a passionate photographer. His trusted Leica camera captured moments of inspiration, which he displayed on a corkboard in his kitchen.

This special edition features a bold "Jake Blue" design with the Burton logo on the top cover. It includes a Burton-branded camera bag, combining style with practicality. The Sofort 2 bridges digital and analogue photography, enabling users to print photos directly from the camera or through the Leica Fotos app. Smartphone images and photos from other Leica cameras can also be printed.

The camera offers modes for selfies, landscapes, and macro photography. With ten lens and film effects, it encourages creative exploration. Its minimalist design ensures ease of use while delivering versatility.

The Leica Sofort 2 Burton Edition is available globally from February 11, 2025, at HK$4900.
