I'm obsessed with bucket bags and you should be too

If there was anything good that came out of this year’s merciless summer heat, it was probably the resurrection of the bucket bag. Bucket bags have been a trending staple this season due to their ease as a little compact carry all; just chuck your stuff in and go. Though if you’re a meticulous shopper like myself, I need to know the pieces I’m purchasing will transcend through seasons and last me more than a couple #ootd shots on the ‘gram. So here’s my personal bucket bag picks, that are not only on trend, but beautifully designed and something you’ll be happy toting around for a long time.
Alexander Wang
We’ve seen the “Roxy” bucket bag from A. Wang come in a multitude of variations: studded with gold hardware, denim on denim, but this version accented with fur pompoms is IT. The perfect companion for evening functions, but also use it in the day time to add interest to your casual line up.
Chloé
The new mini Roy bucket bag by Chloé is the perfect no frills choice for those who find bucket bags too dainty. A classic bucket silhouette rendered with a bold snake effect and large decorative hardware, sling it back for a cool utilitarian addition to your day-off attire.
Cult Gaia
Undoubtedly one of the most watched brands of the season, Cult Gaia first made their mark with their bamboo Ark bags, and has now come out with the Angelou bag. Artfully crocheted with tonal resin handles and a swinging tassel at the end, this piece adds movement and elegance to any outfit.
