Finn introduced a refreshed artistic programme, welcoming 34 new galleries - the largest influx in over a decade. The Meridians sector was reconfigured to enhance dialogue among artists and galleries, presenting significant projects from established names like Alice Aycock and Zhu Jinshi.

The fair also hosted its most attended talks programme to date. Curated by Kimberly Bradley, it featured prominent discussions, including a talk by artist Shirin Neshat that drew large crowds.

In a notable development, Miami Beach acquired Nina Surel’s installation Allegory of Florida for its public collection as part of its Legacy Purchase Program. This initiative aims to strengthen the city’s cultural legacy through contemporary art.

Art Basel continues to innovate with the launch of a new app featuring AI-driven tools for enhanced visitor engagement. Additionally, the Digital Dialogues programme explored the intersection of contemporary art and digital technologies.

The next edition of Art Basel Miami Beach is scheduled for December 5-7, 2025.
