Alan Roura stands ready to tackle the Vendée Globe, one of the most demanding solo sailing challenges. The race begins on November 10 in Les Sables d'Olonne, France.
This marks Roura's third consecutive participation. He aims to complete the race without assistance, covering approximately 45,000 kilometres.
The event has attracted significant public interest. Nearly 2.5 million spectators attended the pre-race festivities, a stark contrast to the last edition held without crowds due to Covid-19 restrictions.
