Treat your special someone to a Valentine’s Day meal at the one-Michelin-starred Louise or its casual, bistro counterpart La Terrace by Louise downstairs. From 13-15 February, head chef Loïc Portalier is whipping up a Special Valentine’s Day Tasting Menu, complemented by an indulgent new cake and dessert collection launch by head pastry chef Eve Minialai. The menu highlights include a mimolette gougère with horseradish and Vin Jaune, followed by bulot (whelk) with curry and lime leaf furikake, and a foie gras terrine paired with confit kumquat and gingerbread. Signature courses feature Brittany lobster with morels and sweet pea, Atlantic cod with leek fondue and sorrel, and roasted chicken served with kabu leaves condiments, pumpkin and jus, before concluding with a delicate dessert of raspberries, geranium and grapefruit.

Take the helm of your singles collectives and head over to JW Café for a scrumptious celebration of joy and friendship with their sumptuous seafood dinner buffet. To follow is the Meagre, stuffed with sea urchin and balanced by crispy apple and rich crustacean sauce; then the main of melt-in-your-mouth Roasted Wagyu Sirloin with Italian bagna càuda. The evening concludes with a sweet seduction: Chocolate Eclair, featuring hazelnut cream and Bailey’s ice cream.
