Conrad Hong Kong

Conrad’s four-course (HK$780) offering stays close to a traditional American Thanksgiving. The progression that from Rockefeller oysters to pumpkin soup, feels intuitive, before the turkey roulade takes its place as the centrepiece.
Presented as a ballotine, the turkey appears neatly structured, joined by chestnuts, red cabbage and Brussels sprouts in a recognisably festive ensemble. A pecan and cranberry tart rounds off the dinner.

Jimmy’s Kitchen

Jimmy’s Kitchen continues its familiar sense of nostalgia with a four-course Thanksgiving menu (HK$1,688). Rather than aiming for extravagance, the restaurant focuses on classic flavours that anchor the season. The meal opens with a delicate but understated wagyu carpaccio, followed by a gentle pumpkin soup that recalls the calm of autumn. For the main course, maple-glazed turkey breast and traditional trimmings bring the celebration back to its roots, echoing the steady charm of this long-standing institution. A toffee pudding with pumpkin–amaretto ice cream closes the meal with a soft seasonal note.

At Mandarin Oriental, the Thanksgiving set (HK$1,988) leans towards a fine dining format, unfolding over five courses with an emphasis on clean lines and precise technique.
The procession of cured salmon, white onion velouté and slow-roasted turkey keeps the composition simple, allowing the ingredients to lead the experience. An apple–ginger sorbet resets the palate before the autumn-inspired dessert arrives.
