The menu emphasizes the integration of local ingredients and Thai culinary wisdom by Chef Tam, combined with the meticulous French cooking techniques of Chef Evens, creating a harmonious exchange of diverse yet balanced flavors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chef Evens Lopez, a Peruvian chef with extensive global experience, has honed his expertise in numerous two and three-Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy, the United States, France, and London, including Le Louis XV \u2013 Alain Ducasse in Monaco, before taking on the role of Executive Chef at Blue by Alain Ducasse, a contemporary French fine dining restaurant awarded one Michelin star for five consecutive years at ICONSIAM.
