“…เริ่มเข้าสู่เดือนมิถุนายนซึ่งเป็นเดือนของเทศกาล <\/span>Pride Month<\/span> เราได้เห็นกิจกรรมหลายอย่างที่ฝั่งเอกชนและแบรนด์ต่างๆได้ให้การสนับสนุนกลุ่มคนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ รวมถึง คีลส์ (<\/span>Kiehl’s) <\/span>แบรนด์สกินแคร์ชั้นนำระดับโลกจากนิวยอร์ก ภายใต้ลอรีอัล กรุ๊ป <\/span>(L’oreal Group) <\/span>ที่ชวนสื่อมวลชนมาร่วมงานเปิดตัวโครงการคีลส์ โอเพน ดอร์ส <\/span>(Kiehl’s Open Doors)<\/span> โครงการเพื่อสังคมที่เป็นประตูสู่โอกาสให้เยาวชนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศได้พัฒนาศักยภาพของตัวเอง เพื่อสร้างโอกาสในการทำงานให้เท่าเทียมกับทุกคนในสังคม…”<\/span><\/p>\n

สำหรับโครงการคีลส์ โอเพน ดอร์ส เป็นโครงการที่คีลส์ ประเทศไทยต้องการให้การสนับสนุนกลุ่มเยาวชนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศโดยอาศัยบริบททางสังคมไทยที่คนกลุ่มนี้ยังขาดโอกาสที่เท่าเทียมรวมถึงทรัพยากรในการทำงาน โครงการนี้ได้เน้นส่งเสริมทักษะทางอาชีพเพื่อเพิ่มโอกาสในการเลือกเส้นทางชีวิตให้กับทุกคน โดยคีลส์ ประเทศไทยได้ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับมูลนิธิเครือข่ายเพื่อนกะเทยเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน (<\/span>The Foundation Of Transgender Alliance For Human Rights  <\/span>หรือ <\/span>Thai TGA) <\/span>พร้อมองค์กรเครือข่ายอื่นๆ ซึ่งเป็นหน่วยงานที่ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับกลุ่มคนเหล่านี้จนเข้าถึงความต้องการ และเข้าใจปัญหาในเชิงลึกของกลุ่มคนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ<\/span><\/p>\n

ที่ผ่านมาคีลส์ได้สนับสนุนโครงการที่ให้การสนับสนุนกลุ่มเยาวชนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศในหลายโปรเจ็คต์ เช่น การจัดงานนิทรรศการภาพวาด <\/span>“Gender of My Choice <\/span>เพศกำหนดเอง<\/span>“ <\/span>โดย <\/span>ThaiTGA <\/span>, สนับสนุนการจัดงาน <\/span>Youth Pride Thailand 2024<\/span> โดย <\/span>ThaiTGA <\/span>รวมถึงการจัดโครงการฝึกอบรมพิเศษเพื่อฝึกฝนให้กลุ่มเยาวชนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศนั้นสามารถก้าวขึ้นมาเป็น <\/span>Beauty Advisor <\/span>ของคีลส์ หรือไปประกอบอาชีพในสายงานนี้ในบริษัทอื่นได้ ซึ่งในปัจจุบันคีลส์ได้เปิดกว้างในการร่วมงานกับพนักงานผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศโดยไม่ปิดกั้นโอกาสเพื่อร่วมเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการสร้างความเท่าเทียมในสังคมการทำงาน<\/span><\/p>\n

คีลส์ โอเพน ดอร์ส มีเป้าหมายสำคัญในการสนับสนุนกลุ่มเยาวชนผู้มีความหลากหลายด้วยจุดประสงค์สำคัญ <\/span>3 ประการ คือ <\/span>Proud & Empowered, Proud & Nourished และ <\/span>Proud & Inspired ในการที่จะบรรลุจุดประสงค์ทั้งหมดนั้น จึงต้องได้รับความร่วมมือจากองค์กรต่างๆเป็นกำลังสำคัญ ซึ่งในงานจัดแถลงข่าวเปิดตัวโครงการครั้งนี้ได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณ หยงฮั้ว ณชเล บุญญาภิสมภาร รองประธานมูลนิธิเครือข่ายเพื่อนกะเทยเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน และคุณเขื่อน – ภัทรดนัย เสตสุวรรณ นักจิตบำบัดหนึ่งพันธมิตรของโครงการได้มาร่วมพูดคุยเพื่อสะท้อนปัญหาความไม่เท่าเทียมและแนวทางในการเปิดประตูสู่โอกาสให้กลุ่มคนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

โดยคุณหยงฮั้วได้หยิบยกเรื่องราวความไม่เท่าเทียมแง่มุมต่างๆ พร้อมแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาเหล่านั้นและเปิดโอกาสให้กลุ่มคนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการเข้าถึงโอกาสและทรัพยากรในการทำงาน, การเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพโดยทำงานร่วมกับกระทรวงสาธารณะสุขในการออกแบบสวัสดิการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ gender-affirming care, การสร้างเครือข่ายผู้ปกครองที่มีบุตรหลานผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ โดยองค์กรได้จัดทำคู่มือสำหรับผู้ปกครองให้พวกเขาได้ยอมรับว่าไม่ได้เป็นความผิดจากการเลี้ยงดู พร้อมเปิดใจยอมรับและเปิดประตูความรักให้กับลูกหลาน รวมถึงสร้างศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่ให้ข้อมูลของกลุ่ม LGBTQIA+ สุดท้ายคือการ Open to self determination เพื่อผลักดันให้เกิดกฎหมายรับรองอัตลักษณ์เพศสภาพในอนาคต เป็นสิ่งที่มูลนิธิขับเคลื่อนมาตั้งแต่ปี 2012 เพื่อให้กลุ่มคนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศใช้คำนำหน้านามได้ตรงตามเจตจำนงของตัวเอง หรือจะใช้ X สำหรับ Non Binary ที่ไม่ต้องการระบุเพศสภาพของตัวเอง<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

สำหรับ เขื่อน-ภัทรดนัย นักจิตบำบัดผู้สร้างความตระหนักรู้ให้คนในสังคมรู้จักกับพื้นที่ปลอดภัย ได้พูดถึงความสำคัญของสุขภาพจิตในกลุ่มคนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่เขาได้ร่วมกับคีลส์เพื่อสร้างให้เกิดความเข้าถึงการบริการด้านสุขภาพจิตต่อไปในอนาคต “เรื่องที่สำคัญอีกเรื่องคือสุขภาพจิต จากสถิติในปีที่ผ่านมากลุ่มคนที่มีความหลากหลายทางเพศคิดค่าตัวตายเป็นจำนวนมากถึง 49% <\/span>คนที่ลงมือทำจริงๆ มีจำนวนมากถึง 17%  <\/span>และส่วนมากเป็นเยาวชนในช่วงอายุ 17-20 <\/span>ปี…กว่า 40% <\/span>ของเกย์และ 60% <\/span>ของเลสเบี้ยนโดนคุกคามทางเพศและไม่กล้าขอความช่วยเหลือจนสุดท้ายต้องตกอยู่ในภาวะซึมเศร้า ไม่รู้จะขอความช่วยเหลือหรือเข้าถึงบริการทางสุขภาพจิตอย่างไร และกลุ่ม LGBTQIA+ <\/span>ทั่วโลกส่วนมากยังรู้สึกไม่ปลอดภัยในการใช้ชีวิต นอกจากการสร้างศักยภาพในการประกอบอาชีพแล้ว การเข้าถึงบริการทางด้านสุขภาพจิตจึงเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญและต้องผลักดันกันต่อไป”<\/span><\/p>\n

“เราได้ยินเรื่องของความไม่เท่าเทียมกันอยู่บ่อยๆ แต่ละคนเกิดมามีต้นทุนไม่เท่ากัน ถ้าต้องแข่งขันกันมันก็เกิดความไม่เท่าเทียมกัน…ด้วยการร่วมมือกันของหลายองค์กรจะช่วยให้กลุ่มคนผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ สามารถเข้าถึงทรัพยากรได้เหมือนกันมันก็จะเกิดความเท่าเทียมและมีต้นทุนที่มากขึ้นด้วย”<\/wbr><\/wbr><\/wbr><\/wbr><\/wbr><\/wbr><\/wbr><\/span><\/h3>\n

จากปณิธานคีลส์ ตั้งแต่ ค.ศ. <\/span>1851<\/span> ในการต้อนรับและดูแลผู้คนทุกคนอย่างใส่ใจ ทั้งลูกค้า และพนักงานในองค์กร ไม่จำกัดว่าเพศหรือรสนิยมแบบใด ด้วยกาiเปิดรับทุกคน ทุกความคิดอย่างเสมอภาคเท่าเทียมมาโดยตลอด และยังได้สนับสนุนเยาวชนกลุ่ม <\/span>YouthAIDS <\/span>ด้วยการให้ทุนและอุปกรณ์ยังชีพ เพื่อให้พวกเขาสามารถใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในสังคมต่อไปได้ และตั้งแต่ปี <\/span>2004<\/span> คีลส์ได้ร่วมเฉลิมฉลอง <\/span>Pride parade <\/span>ในอเมริกา รวมถึงให้การสนับสนุนองค์กรต่างๆ ที่ทำงานเพื่อกลุ่มผู้มีความหลากหลายทางเพศ ปัจจุบันคีลส์ยังคงดำเนินกิจกรรมเพื่อสังคมเหล่านี้อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพราะยังมีผู้คนอีกมากที่ยังไม่สามารถเข้าถึงประตูแห่งโอกาสได้อย่างที่ควรจะเป็น และยังได้เดินหน้าขยายการทำงานไปยัง คีลส์ ในทุกประเทศทั่วโลก<\/span><\/p>\n
