Marriott International 2025 Luxury Dining Series เดินทางมาถึงโค้งสุดท้ายแล้ว โรงแรมเดอะ ริทซ์-คาร์ลตัน กรุงเทพฯ ในฐานะเจ้าภาพปิดงานจึงร่วมเฉลิมฉลองอย่างยิ่งใหญ่ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 25-28 กันยายน 2568<\/p>\n

สำหรับธีมในปีนี้ “Forgotten Flavors” ได้แรงบันดาลใจจากรายงาน Future of Food 2025 ของเครือแมริออท ที่เผยให้เห็นแนวโน้มที่เกิดขึ้นในโลกของอาหารในช่วงปีหลัง โดยเฉพาะแนวโน้มการกลับมาใช้วิธีปรุงอาหารแบบดั้งเดิม และวัตถุดิบโบราณ ควบคู่ไปกับความใส่ใจเรื่องความยั่งยืน สิ่งเหล่านี้สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าผู้บริโภคต้องการประสบการณ์การกินที่ลึกซึ้ง และมีความหมายในกลุ่มนักเดินทางระดับไฮเอนด์ ตลอดจนสนใจวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่น และภูมิปัญญาโบราณที่มักถูกมองจ้ามในโลกของไฟน์ไดนิ่งร่วมสมัย<\/p>\n

สำหรับโปรแกรมซีรีส์การรับประทานอาหารสุดหรูประจำปี 2025 ของเครือแมริออท ในครั้งนี้ เริ่มต้นในวันที่ 25 และ 26 กันยายน ที่ห้องอาหาร Duet by David Toutain<\/strong> แขกจะได้ลิ้มลองดินเนอร์สุดล้ำสมัยแบบ Six-Hands Dinner โดยเชฟชาวฝรั่งเศสชื่อดัง David Toutain เจ้าของมิชลินสตาร์ 2 ดาว บินตรงมาจากปารีสเพื่องานนี้โดยเฉพาะ จับมือกับเชฟ Valentin Fouache หัวหน้าเชฟของห้องดูเอท และเชฟ Adam Catterall จากร้านดัง Roganic มิชลินสตาร์และกรีนสตาร์จากฮ่องกง<\/p>\n

ต่อเนื่องด้วยค่ำคืนพิเศษในวันที่ 27 และ 28 กันยายน ซึ่งจะนำเสนอการผสานศิลปะการปรุงอาหารแบบฝรั่งเศสเข้ากับความประณีตแบบเอเชีย โดยเชฟ David Toutain และเชฟ Valentin Fouache หัวหน้าเชฟของห้อง ดูเอท  จะร่วมมือกับ เชฟ Loïc Portalier เชฟใหญ่จากร้านอาหารฝรั่งเศสชื่อดังระดับมิชลินสตาร์และ 50 Best discovery Louise จากฮ่องกง เพื่อรังสรรค์ประสบการณ์อันเหนือระดับในแบบที่ไม่เคยมีมาก่อน<\/p>\n

ในวันที่ 26 กันยายน ห้องอาหาร Lily’s<\/strong> ยังเตรียมมอบประสบการณ์ดินเนอร์ส่วนตัวสุดเอ็กซ์คลูซีฟสำหรับแขกเพียง 10 ท่านเท่านั้น โดย เชฟ Tala Bashmi ทาลา บัชมิ เจ้าของตำแหน่ง MENA’s Best Female Chef จากการจัดอันดับ World’s 50 Bestจะนำเสนอการตีความอาหารบาห์เรนต้นตำรับในสไตล์ของเธออย่างพิถีพิถัน ถ่ายทอดรสชาติแท้จริงจากบ้านเกิดผ่านเมนูขนาดพอดีคำที่กลั่นกรองจากประสบการณ์และหัวใจ<\/p>\n
