ช่วงหลังมานี้เราได้ยินคำว่า มินิมอล (Minimal) กันค่อนข้างบ่อย ตั้งแต่เทรนด์การแต่งกาย การแต่งหน้า วิธีคิด ไปจนกระทั่งการรักษาสุขภาพ ในฐานะที่เทรนด์นี้รันทุกวงการไปเรียบร้อย เรามาทำความรู้จักคำว่า “มินิมอล” ในวงการสุขภาพกันบ้างดีกว่า  <\/p>\n

Minimal Wellness เป็นแนวคิดในการรักษาสุขภาพยุคใหม่ที่นำหลักการของ Minimalist ที่เน้นความเรียบง่าย ลดขั้นตอนที่ไม่จำเป็นลง เพื่อให้เกิดความสมดุลยั่งยืน มาปรับใช้ในการดูแลรักษาสุขภาพ แนวคิดนี้ช่วยให้เราโฟกัสไปที่วิธีการดูแลสุขภาพที่เหมาะกับตัวเราจริงๆ แบบที่ไม่มากเกินไป หรือน้อยเกินไป เราสามารถปฏิบัติตามได้อย่างสบายใจโดยไม่รู้สึกตึงเครียด และเมื่อเรารู้สึกถึงสมดุลระหว่างร่างกายและจิตใจแล้ว เราก็จะทำตามสิ่งที่เราตั้งใจไว้ได้อย่างยั่งยืน  <\/p>\n

แล้วเราจะเป็นเจ้าของสุขภาพดีๆ ตามแนวคิด Minimal Wellness ได้อย่างไร #legend_th สรุปขั้นตอนง่ายๆ ที่บิกินเนอร์ก็ทำตามได้มาแนะนำ <\/p>\n

กำหนดตารางดูแลสุขภาพไว้หลวมๆ พอ<\/strong> <\/h3>\n

กับดักแรกที่คนเริ่มรักษาสุขภาพส่วนใหญ่เจอ คือ การกำหนดตารางสุขภาพเอาไว้แน่นเอี้ยด (ช่วงไฟแรง) แต่พอทำไปได้สักพักก็เริ่มท้อ แล้วเลิกทำไปในที่สุด สาเหตุเป็นเพราะเราบังคับตัวเอง ‘มากเกินไป’ นั่นเอง วิธีแก้ คือ ในระยะแรก กำหนดตารางไว้หลวมๆ ก่อน เน้นเฉพาะกิจกรรมที่เรา ‘ทำได้จริง’ และ ‘ทำได้ต่อเนื่อง’ ทุกวันแทน จะเริ่มจาก 1 กิจกรรมก็ไม่เป็นไร เพราะสุขภาพดีไม่ต้องแข่งกับใครนอกจากใจของเราเอง <\/p>\n

ออกกำลังกายแบบฟังร่างกายตัวเอง<\/strong> <\/h3>\n

ถ้าการเข้ายิมไปเวทเทรนนิ่งหนักๆ หรือการวิ่งบนลู่เพื่อเบิร์นไขมันออกวันละ 1 ชั่วโมงไม่ใช่สไตล์ เราอาจต้องปรับตารางการออกกำลังกายใหม่ เพราะถ้าฝืนทำไปเรื่อยๆ แทนที่จะออกจนชิน เราอาจทิ้งไม่ทำอีกเลยก็ได้ แนะนำว่าให้เริ่มจากการหาแนวทางออกกำลังกายที่ชอบ ที่เราไม่ต้องฝืนใจทำ เริ่มจากวันละนิดละหน่อย วันไหนเหนื่อยก็พักไปก่อน จะช่วยให้เราสนุกกับการออกกำลังกายมากขึ้นได้เอง <\/p>\n

เน้นอาหารที่มีคุณภาพ แทนการเลือกกินอาหารสุขภาพทุกมื้อ<\/strong> <\/h3>\n

ไม่ต้องกินอาหารสุขภาพทุกมื้อก็เฮลท์ตี้ได้ แค่เราเน้นอาหารที่มีคุณภาพง่ายๆ เช่น เปลี่ยนจากข้าวขาวเป็นข้าวกล้อง เลือกกินผัดผักแทนการกินหมูทอด หรือเปลี่ยนปลาทอดเป็นปลานึ่งบ้างก็พอ แนะนำเพิ่มเติมว่าเริ่มหลีกเลี่ยงอาหารแปรรูปไปด้วยก็จะดี เพราะอาหารแปรรูปมีไขมันอิ่มตัว เกลือ และน้ำตาลค่อนข้างสูง (อนุโลมให้ยังกินขนมได้อยู่ แต่อย่าลืมควบคุมปริมาณ) <\/p>\n

ใช้เวลาคุณภาพกับตัวเองบ้าง<\/strong> <\/h3>\n

เวลาคุณภาพ (Quality time) ไม่ได้ใช้เฉพาะช่วงเวลาที่อยู่กับคนอื่นเท่านั้น แต่ยังใช้กับตัวเราเองได้เช่นกัน การกันช่วงเวลาสัก 15 นาที – 1 ชั่วโมงในแต่ละวัน หรือ 1 วันในแต่ละสัปดาห์ ใช้เวลาคุณภาพกับตัวเองบ้าง นอกจากจะช่วยให้เราได้หยุดพักจากความวุ่นวายมากมายที่รายล้อมแล้ว ยังช่วยให้เราเข้าใจตัวเอง ได้พูดคุยกับตัวเอง และช่วยให้เรารักษาสมดุลในตัวเองได้อย่างยั่งยืนด้วย <\/p>\n

ลองทำ <\/strong>To don’t list<\/strong> <\/h3>\n

ปกติเราเคยเห็นแต่ To do list ใช่ไหม คราวนี้ลองเปลี่ยนเป็น don’t บ้าง ลิสต์ออกมาเลยว่าวันนี้มีอะไรที่เรา ‘จะไม่ทำ’ บ้าง เช่น จะไม่เปรียบเทียบตัวเองกับคนอื่น, จะไม่กดดันตัวเองเกินไป, จะไม่ฝืนตัวเอง และไม่ทำในสิ่งที่ไม่อยากทำ เป็นต้น การกำหนดสิ่งที่ จะไม่ทำ ช่วยเสริมสร้างสุขภาพจิตด้านบวกของเราได้เป็นอย่างดี ช่วยให้เรามีความมั่นใจมากขึ้น กล้าปฏิเสธมากขึ้น ทั้งยังช่วยให้เรากำหนดขอบเขตพื้นที่เพื่อไม่ให้ใครรุกล้ำเข้ามาสร้างความไม่สบายใจให้กับเราได้อีกด้วย <\/p>\n
