The mooncakes are crafted by a Hong Kong chef, featuring six authentic flavours: custard; aromatic thousand-mile tea with salted egg yolk and lotus seeds; lightly sweetened lotus seed with salted egg yolk; durian with salted egg yolk; Earl Grey tea with macadamia nuts and orange peel; and Pu\u2019er tea.
