With profound gratitude for the immeasurable royal benevolence of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, Siam Paragon is honored to present the exhibition \u201cIn Reverent Remembrance of the Royal Grace of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother\u201d <\/strong>The exhibition features works by two National Artists, Professor Emeritus Preecha Thaothong<\/strong> and Professor Emeritus Thavorn Ko-udomvit<\/strong>, alongside 20 leading Thai artists. Together, they showcase exquisite contemporary artworks inspired by Her Majesty\u2019s enduring legacy. Professor Emeritus Preecha Thaothong<\/strong>, National Artist in Visual Arts (Painting, 2009), features works inspired by the royal statement: \u201cThe King is the water, I am the forest.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> This concept reflects the harmonious and mutually supportive partnership in the royal duties of His Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. Professor Preecha conveys this concept through the theme of \u2018human development,\u2019<\/strong> portraying people as trees in a forest that require the right amount of water to grow strong and flourish.<\/p>

This idea aligns with Royal initiatives, the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, and the principle of nurturing human potential from within. Professor Emeritus Thavorn Ko-udomvit<\/strong>, National Artist in Visual Arts (Printmaking, 2021), presents mixed-media paintings featuring portraits of His Majesty Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother. These works express deep gratitude for their royal benevolence while commemorating their steadfast royal aspirations and invaluable contributions to the nation and its people.\u00a0<\/p>

This series conveys respect from the heart<\/em> through the interplay of color, line, and material technique, creating an atmosphere of serenity, beauty, and elegance. The exhibition \u201cIn Reverent Remembrance of the Royal Grace of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother\u201d <\/strong>transcends the mere presentation of visual beauty. It seeks to offer visitors a space to engage with the \u2018core ideals\u2019 that underpin the development of people, the creation of opportunities, and the nurturing of the land\u2014all reflected through the values of art and culture. Through this exhibition, it is hoped that the inspiration of Her Majesty\u2019s compassion and far-reaching vision will serve as an enduring inspiration, fostering a positive force in the hearts of all who visit.\u00a0<\/p>

The exhibition presents 48 masterpieces by National Artists and leading Thai artists, including two special pieces exclusively created by the National Artists for this occasion. Siam Paragon, in collaboration with the two National Artists, intends to donate all proceeds from the sale of these works to the Foundation for the Promotion of Supplementary Occupations and Related Techniques of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, known as the SUPPORT Foundation.
