NL:<\/strong> เราไม่ได้มีสโคปที่ชัดเจน ส่วนมากเวลาคนถามว่า เราทำอะไร ก็จะตอบไปว่า เราเป็นลักชัวรี่มาร์เก็ตติ้งคอนซัลแทนท์ (Luxury Marketing Consultant) คนก็ไม่เข้าใจว่าคืออะไร คนจะรู้แค่ว่าเราเป็นพีอาร์เอเจนซี่ แต่ถ้ามาคลุกคลีกันจริงๆ เราไม่ใช่เอเจนซี่  เราไปไกลกว่านั้น เราเอารีเสิร์ชมาประกอบให้ลูกค้า  มีการบริหารโซเชียลมีเดียอย่าง Line Official ให้กับแบรนด์ต่างๆ เราเซอร์วิสให้ลูกค้า เพราะฉะนั้นเวลาลูกค้าถาม เราตอบไม่ได้อยู่สองอย่างคือ สโคปเป็นอย่างไรกับเรทการ์ดคืออะไร  ที่ตอบไม่ได้เพราะว่า เราดำเนินธุรกิจ Based on Successful ของแบรนด์เป็นหลัก ถ้าลูกค้าบอกว่าอยากทำสี่ห้าอย่าง บอกมาได้เลย ผมก็แนะนำในภาพแบบ 360 ว่าแบรนด์ควรพัฒนาแบบไหน ควรมีโรดแมปเป็นอย่างไร ให้ไอเดียเขา ร่วมทำงานไปด้วยกัน เสมือนเป็นคู่คิดกัน <\/p>\n

#legendTH: คุณคิดว่าอะไรคือสิ่งดึงดูดให้แบรนด์ดังระดับโลกเข้ามาให้ Group Z International ดูแล<\/strong><\/p>\n

NL: <\/strong>ความเอาใจใส่น่าจะเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญที่สุด สองคือผมเดินสายโรดโชว์มาตั้งแต่ปี 2014 ผมอาจจะทำธุรกิจไม่เหมือนคนอื่น เพราะเมื่อสัก 10 ปีที่แล้ว เวลาเราจะหาลูกค้าก็จะไป Pitch แบรนด์ที่อยู่ในเมืองไทยใช่ไหม ผมไม่ได้ทำอย่างนั้น ผมบินไปเมืองนอก ยังไม่มีคอนเนคชั่นเลย ผมอยากคุยกับแบรนด์ไหนก็เดินเข้าไปหาเขาเลย ตอนปี 2014-2016 ผมไปสิงคโปร์แทบทุกเดือน ทีนี้แทนที่ธุรกิจมันจะค่อยๆ ขยาย ทีละสิบยี่สิบเปอร์เซ็นต์ช่วงที่ Luxury ขยายตัว มันกลายเป็นขยายแบบเท่าตัวเลย สมัยนั้นคนที่สิงคโปร์ ที่ฮ่องกง หรือที่อังกฤษก็รู้จักเรามากกว่า ส่วนแบรนด์ในไทยไม่ค่อยรู้จัก ผมทำงานกับคนต่างชาติเยอะครับ 
<\/strong><\/p>\n

#legendTH: มีเทคนิคในการเข้าหาลูกค้าเป็นพิเศษไหม<\/strong><\/p>\n

NL: <\/strong>มันเป็นโรดแมปที่ค่อนข้างประหลาด ผมมีโอกาสมากกว่าเนื่องจากผมเดินทางเยอะ ผมไปเจอลูกค้า Regional \/ Global ผมเพราะด้วยความเป็นคนติดโบราณ ชอบประชุม Face to Face  มากกว่า ขณะเดียวกันแทนที่ผมจะบินไปเพื่อประชุมอย่างเดียว ผมใช้เวลาอีกสามสี่ชั่วโมงในการ Knock Door แบรนด์ต่างๆ ซึ่งก็มีพลาดบ้าง มันไม่ได้สำเร็จทุกรอบหรอก แต่ท้ายที่สุดมันก็ออกดอกออกผลในระยะยาว ลูกค้าเลือกเราเพราะเรเอาาใจใส่  ที่สำคัญคือเรารู้จัก Industry นี้ดี ผมอยู่กับมันมานาน ผมเป็นคนชอบแฟชั่น และคลุกคลีกับ Luxury มานาน ไม่ได้แค่ผิวเผิน เราทำงานโดยใช้รีเสิร์ชประกอบเยอะ อย่างทุกวันนี้เวลาคุยกับลูกค้ายังอ้างอิงรีเสิร์ชของปี 2017 อยู่เลย ฉะนั้นเวลาที่เราวางแผนอะไร แบรนด์ก็มองว่าเรามีข้อมูลประกอบ รวมถึงการผนวกเข้ากับวัฒนธรรมและความคิดสร้างสรรค์ต่างๆในแบบไทย  ทุกวันนี้ Speed to the market สำคัญที่สุด<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

#legendTH: การทำธุรกิจที่ควบคู่ไปกับเทรนด์แฟชั่น <\/strong><\/p>\n

NL:<\/strong> ต้องแยกคำว่า ทิศทางของธุรกิจกับทิศทางของแฟชั่นออกจากกัน ผมมองทิศทางของธุรกิจและพฤติกรรมของผู้บริโภคมากกว่า เพราะผมไม่ใช่ดีไซเนอร์ ผมใช้ Research ประกอบการทำงานมากกว่า Trend อย่างปีนี้ประเทศไทยของเราคือ Destination ของแฟชั่น Research บอกว่าเอเชียคือ Destination ของแบรนด์ Luxury ทั้งเกาหลีและญี่ปุ่น อินเดียมี Luxury แค่ 1% และมีโอกาสการเติบโจสูง ที่เหลือคือ Southeast Asia ซึ่งได้แก่ประเทศไทยกับอินโดนีเซีย นอกเหนือจากนั้นยังมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมาย เมื่อก่อนแบรนด์ส่วนมากจับตลาด Gen Z กันหมด แต่วันนี้มันไม่ใช่แล้ว เราหันไปจับตลาดคนอายุ 45 (Silver Spenders) ขึ้นไป เพราะว่าคนเหล่านี้มี Purchasing Power คุณไปทำมาร์เก็ตติ้งกับGen Z  แต่คนรุ่นนี้ไม่มี loyalty กับแบรนด์  เมื่อตลาดเปลี่ยน การทำการสื่อสารก็เปลี่ยน การเลือกใช้ KOLs \/ Influencers ก็ต้องเปลี่ยนวิธีด้วย นี่คือหนึ่งในตัวอย่างวิธีการทำงานของเรา<\/p>\n

#legendTH: สูตรในการทำธุรกิจให้ประสบความสำเร็จของคุณคืออะไร <\/strong><\/p>\n

NL: <\/strong>การทำธุรกิจของผมไม่มี Playbook ครับ เรื่องแรกคือการมองหาโอกาสในตลาด จริงๆเห็นอะไรเป็นโอกาส เราก็ทำ ทำไปแก้ไป  ผมไม่ได้มองถึงค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้น ผมดูโอกาสมากกว่า ที่ไหนมีโอกาสเราก็จะ explore อย่างที่เล่าให้ฟังผมไป Knock Door แบรนด์ทั้งหลาย คนก็บอกว่าบ้าหรือเปล่า ไปทีหนึ่งก็เสียค่าใช้จ่ายห้าหกหมื่นต่อทริป ปีหนึ่งก็หลายแสนนะ แต่ถ้ามองจริงๆได้แค่ดีลเดียวต่อปีก็คุ้มแล้ว มองไปไกลๆ เป็น Customer Lifetime Value สมมติเขาจ่ายเราเดือนละห้าหมื่น ปีนึงก็หกแสน ถ้าเขาอยู่กับเราสิบปีก็หกล้าน ไม่รวมว่าเขาจะแนะนำใครมาอีก ทุกคนมีวิธีการแตกต่างกันครับ เรื่องที่ 2 คือเรื่องของครีเอทีฟมาร์เก็ตติ้ง จะโปรโมทบริษัทอย่างไรให้คนรู้จัก ตอนนี้ทุกแพลตฟอร์มโอเพ่นหมดแล้ว เราจะโปรโมทผ่าน Tiktok ก็ได้ จากทวิตเตอร์ได้ หรือแม้กระทั่งเว็บไซท์ก็ต้องทำ SEO สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดคือการพัฒนาทีมงานให้มีศักยภาพทัดเทียมกับ Global Standard ให้เขา Learn from Your Mistakes ให้เขาเรียนรู้ไป  ทีมจะได้มี Self-Esteem ในการทำงานมากขึ้น และมีส่วนกับความสำเร็จในโปรเจ็กท์ต่างๆ<\/p>\n

#legendTH: จากจุดเริ่มต้น แบรนด์ไหนที่มีส่วนทำให้ Group Z International เป็น Group Z International อย่างทุกวันนี้<\/strong><\/p>\n

NL:<\/strong> ถ้าเป็นโลคอลแบรนด์ ก็จะเป็นแสนสิริ ที่เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นให้ผมทำรีเสิร์ช เพื่อนำมาใช้ในงาน แบรนด์ที่สองที่ทำให้เกิด Z จริงๆ คือ ลักซ์โซติก้า (Luxottica) เป็นแบรนด์ผู้ผลิตแว่นตาที่ทำให้เราได้แตะแบรนด์แฟชั่นเป็นครั้งแรก แบรนด์ที่สามที่ทำให้ผมสนุกกับการทำงานที่สุดคือ เรดบูล (Redbull) ซึ่งเปลี่ยนทุกอย่างไปโดยสิ้นเชิง ช่วงแรกๆ ที่ทำงานให้เรดบลู เป็นงานกระโดดหน้าผาชิงแชป์โลก ชื่อ Red Bull Cliff Diving ตอนนั้นเป็นยูโรเปี้ยนเรดบลูที่กระป๋องฟ้า และมาเมืองไทยเป็นครั้งแรก  ผมได้เรียนรู้และรู้สึกตื่นเต้นตลอดเวลา เพราะนี่เป็นสิ่งที่ผมชอบ แบรนด์ที่สี่ที่ทำให้ผมได้เรียนรู้การทำงานแบบ 360 เยอะมากก็คือValentino ทั้ง Online & Offline<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

#legendTH: งานชิ้นไหนที่เป็นที่พูดถึง แต่คนไม่ค่อยรู้ว่าเป็นงานของบริษัทคุณ <\/strong><\/p>\n

NL: <\/strong>Valentino Café นี่ดึงลูกค้ามาให้เราเยอะมาก คนสิงคโปร์จะรู้เยอะ แต่คนไทยไม่รู้ว่าใครเป็นคนทำหรือเป็นคนคิดโปรเจกต์นี้ไอเดียนี้เกิดจากที่เราอยากทำ คาเฟ่ Takeover เราก็ไปเทคโอเวอร์ร้านกาแฟเลย หลายคนบอกว่าไอเดียนี้เก่าแล้ว แต่เราเป็นคนทำเป็นคนแรกๆ เลย  เราไม่ได้แค่เทคโอเวอร์อย่างเดียว แต่เราดีไซน์ใหม่หมดตั้งแต่เฟอร์นิเจอร์ เมล็ดกาแฟเราก็คิดแม้กระทั่งว่า เรามี Valentino Blend ซึ่งเราส่งออกไปทั้งออสเตรเลียและสิงคโปร์ รวมถึงกับการเริ่มทำ Creative Activation บน Line Official<\/p>\n

#legendTH: ในปี 2025 นี้ คุณวางแผนจะพา Group Z International ไปอยู่ ณ จุดไหน<\/strong><\/p>\n

NL: <\/strong>จริงๆ แล้ว Z เป็นที่รู้จักใน Regional Level มาสักพักแล้ว ปีนี้เราอยากไปอยู่ในระดับ Global Stage ก็ไม่รู้ว่าจะไปได้แค่ไหน มันเป็นความท้าทายใหม่ๆ ของผม ณ วันนี้ ผมมาอยู่ตรงนี้ได้ผมภูมิใจนะ ผมยังจำได้เลยตอนที่เริ่มเปิดบริษัทนี้ตอนเดือนสิงหา ปี 2012 เราเริ่มจากการทำประชาสัมพันธ์เป็นหลัก มีพนักงานอยู่ห้าคน ผมได้ทำเองทุกอย่างตั้งแต่เขียนข่าวเอง ตรวจข่าวเอง ตัดคลิปปิ้งเอง ตอนนั้นผมยังมองไม่เห็นว่าตัวเองจะมาถึงตรงนี้ด้วยซ้ำ ก้มหน้าก้มตาทำอย่างเดียว ทำไปเรื่อยๆ อย่างที่บอกตรงไหนเห็นโอกาสเราก็ลอง อย่างมากก็เสียเวลา แต่ผมก็พยายามบริหารให้ดีที่สุด ถ้าถามว่าจะ Global ได้อย่างไร  ผมอยากร่วมงานกับพาร์ทเนอร์ระดับโลกที่พาเราไปให้คนรู้จักมากขึ้น รวมถึงการพัฒนา Talent ของไทยไปทำงานในระดับ Global <\/p>\n

#legendTH: นี่ถือว่าเป็นความท้าทายหนึ่งในการทำงาน <\/strong><\/p>\n

NL: <\/strong>ผมเป็นพวกชอบลองของใหม่อยู่แล้ว แต่ก็ต้องเป็นสิ่งที่เกี่ยวข้องกับเรา ตอนนี้ทุกคนเริ่มจับตามองประเทศไทยแล้ว ทำอย่างไรให้ประเทศไทยไปอยู่ใน Global Stage ได้ ไม่ใช่แค่เป็นแบรนด์แอมบาสเดอร์ หรือแค่ Engagement สูง แต่ผมมองการที่จะก้าวขึ้นไปแล้วใช้ Benefit นั้นไปต่อยอดและ Collaboration กับศิลปินระดับโลก แล้วพัฒนาให้ตัวเองให้ไปอยู่อีกระดับ อย่างเจฟ ซาเตอร์ ก็เริ่มไป Collabs กับศิลปินเกาหลี การไปเปิดประตูให้ตัวเองแบบนั้นเป็นเรื่องที่ดี ซึ่งมันก็ไม่ได้จบแค่นั้น จะช่วยให้ประเทศไทยได้มีชื่อเสียง ให้คนหันมามองประเทศไทย นำพานักท่องเที่ยวต่างๆเข้ามา นำโอกาสหลายๆอย่างเข้ามา หนึ่งในความท้าทายของผมในปีนี้คือ ผมอยากพัฒนาและยกระดับ Talent เมืองไทย ให้ไปอยู่ในระดับโลก ผมชัดเจนตรงนี้ นี่เป็นมิชชั่นอันดับหนึ่งของผม <\/p>\n

#legendTH: มิชชั่นนี้คุณมองไปที่ไหน และมองไปที่ใคร<\/strong><\/p>\n

NL: <\/strong>เยอะมากเลยครับ เราจะเอาแบรนด์มาแมชท์กับคน แล้วถ้ามีใครเหมาะหรือโดดเด่นขึ้นมาก็นำเสนอแบรนด์เลย การเซ็นแบรนด์แอมบาสเดอร์ทั้งหลาย ไม่ใช่แค่เอาคนดังไปเจอกับแบรนด์ เราต้องรู้ก่อนว่าแบรนด์มี Identity อย่างไร ต้องดึงคนที่เหมาะสมกับแบรนด์ อย่าง เจฟ ซาเตอร์ ผมทำงานกับเขาตั้งแต่ Followers หลักแสน น้องเป็นคนน่ารักมากและมีความเป็นมืออาชีพสูง ร่วมทำงานกับแบรนดืร่วม 2ปี จนวันนี้เขาเป็นแบรนด์แอมบาสเดอร์ Valentino แล้ว ในบาง scenario บางคนอาจจะยังไม่เหมาะกับแบรนด์หรือไม่พร้อม ผ่านไป 4-6 เดือน ถ้าเราร่วมทำงานกับเขาดีๆ อาจจะกลายเป้นคนที่ใช่ก็ได้   เพราะฉะนั้นอย่ายึดติด เราต้องหมุนไปตามตลาด ไม่ใช่ตามเทรนด์ด้วย อย่างตอนไบรท์กับ Burberry การทำงานกับไบรท์เราใช้เวลาประมาณสองปี เมื่อ 2-3 ปีที่แล้วกว่าจะเซ็นต์เป็นแบรนด์ แอมบาสเดอร์ใช้เวลากว่า 18-24 เดือน ระหว่างทางก็ต้องมีการทำงานกันก่อน เดี๋ยวนี้ไม่มีแล้ว เผลอๆ แค่สองเดือน คือเห็นแววปั๊บจับเซ็นเลย <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

#legendTH: ในมุมมองของคุณ คุณมองว่าแฟชั่นไทยจะเข้าไปอยู่ในระดับโลกได้ยังไงถ้าไม่ใช่เรื่องของ Talent หรือมองประเทศไทยเป็น Fashion Destination ไหม<\/strong><\/p>\n

NL: <\/strong>Fashion Destination แน่นอนว่า Luxury Fashion ก็เรื่องหนึ่ง ต่างชาติเขามองว่าประเทศไทยมีครีเอทีฟ Talent มากมาย ซึ่งแฟชั่นดีไซเนอร์ก็อยู่ในนั้น อย่างหนึ่งที่ผมไม่ค่อยอยากให้เกิดคือ เรื่อง Me Too เห็นเขาทำอะไรประสบความสำเร็จแล้วก็ทำตาม ผมคิดว่าทุกคนมีแนวทางของตัวเอง ทุกวันนี้ทุกอย่างมันเปิดหมดแล้ว ผมมั่นใจว่าความสามารถของดีไซเนอร์ไทยสามารถไปถึงระดับโลกได้แน่นอน ขอให้หาทางของตัวเองให้เจอ ล่าสุดเพิ่งไปเจอเขาทำโชว์ที่นิวยอร์ค ฉะนั้นอย่าหยุดแค่นี้ ถ้าหลายๆ แบรนด์รวมพลังกัน เราน่าจะผลักดันไปถึง Global Stage ได้ ผมไม่อยากให้เรามองตัวเองว่าจะเป็น Giorgio Armaniหรือแบรนด์ใดๆก็ตาม เราเป็นดีไซเนอร์ไทยเราก็เป็นแบบที่เราเป็น แต่ว่าเราสามรถเป็นดีไซเนอร์ไทยที่ Global Stage รู้จัก และผมไม่อยากให้มองประเทศไทยเป็นเพียง Fashion Destination ผมมองว่าเราเป็นCreativity Destination มากกว่า เราเพียบพร้อมด้วยบุคลากรที่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์มากมายไม่ว่าดนตรี ภาพยนตร์ การออกแบบ อาหาร วันนี้เราไปไกลกว่าเดิมเยอะแล้วครับ<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
