โดยเมนูคอร์สในครั้งนี้ได้ถูกจำแนกออกเป็นทั้งหมด 4 คอร์สด้วยกัน ที่สร้างสรรค์อย่างพิถีพิถันโดยเชฟมากฝีมือจากสี่ร้านอาหารชั้นนำที่มากด้วยเอกลักษณ์แสนโดดเด่นอย่าง เรือสิริมหรรณพ, Asiatique Ancient Tea House, The Crystal Grill House, และ The Siam Tea Room ที่ซึ่งทั้งหมดได้ตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณพื้นที่ของ Asiatique The Riverfront ด้วยกันทั้งสิ้น ที่ซึ่งเข็มทิศที่แขกทุกคนได้รับจะเป็นผู้นำทางในการเดินทางแห่งรสสัมผัสในครั้งนี้ โดยในบทความนี้จะเริ่มต้นการเดินทางสุดพิเศษในครั้งนี้กันที่เรือสิริมหรรณพเป็นลำดับแรก<\/p>\n

ความน่าสนใจของเรือสิริมหรรณพไม่ใช่หยุดอยู่ที่เพียงการตกแต่งที่สวยงามที่อัดแน่นไปด้วยกลิ่นอายย้อนยุค แต่ยังคงเป็นเรือที่อัดแน่นไปด้วยประวัติศาสตร์มากมาย เพราะแท้จริงแล้ว สิริมหรรณพเป็นเรือสำเภาลำสุดท้ายของราชนาวีไทยในรัชสมัยของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญอย่างยิ่งยวดในการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างสยามประเทศและยุโรป อีกทั้งยังเป็นหนึ่งในหกเรือรบที่รับหน้าที่ในปกป้องกรุงเทพจากการรุกรานของฝรั่งเศสในปี พ.ศ. 2436 อีกด้วย ซึ่งในปัจจุบันเรือมากประวัติศษสตร์ลำนี้ได้อยู่ในการดูแลของบริษัท แอสเสท เวิรด์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น (AWC) และได้ถูกปรับโฉมขึ้นใหม่สู่แลนด์มาส์กด้านไลฟ์สไตล์ที่สำคัญของกรุงเทพ<\/p>\n

โดยพื้นที่ทั้งหมดของเรือสิริมหรรณพได้ถูกออกแบบมาอย่างวิจิตรบรรจงพร้อมเปิดรับแขกทั้งคนไทยและต่างประเทศที่แวะเวียนมายังคอมมูนิตี้ริมแม่น้ำเจ้าพระยาแห่งนี้ได้สัมผัสถึงความเหนือระดับแห่งรสสัมผัสกันอย่างเต็มอิ่ม โดยสามารถรองรับแขกได้มากถึง 300 คน โดยแบ่งออกเป็นสองโซนใหญ่ๆอันได้แก่พื้นที่โซน Upper Deck และ Lower Deck ซึ่งในส่วนของ Upper Deck จะเป็นบริเวณเปิดโล่งที่แวดล้อมไปด้วยบรรยากาศชวนต้องมนต์กลางแจ้งที่รองรับแขกได้มากถึงกว่า 200 คน อัดแน่นไปเมนูเครื่องดื่มเหนือระดับและค็อกเทลสูตรซิกเนเจอร์ที่รอคอยการท้าทายจากเหล่าผู้ที่หลงใหลในเครื่องดื่มมากเรื่องราว พร้อมไปกับจานเด่นในสไตล์อาหารทานเล่นที่รังสรรค์ขึ้นจากวัตถุดิบชั้นเลิศจากประเทศไทย ทวีปยุโรป และค่าเรือในจุดต่างๆ ระหว่างเส้นทางการค้าทางทะเลอันเป็นแรงบันดาลใจสำคัญในการออกแบบ<\/p>\n

และหากเดินเรียบทางต่อมาอีกซักนิด พื้นที่โซน The Bridge คือสิ่งที่สามารถพบเห็นได้อย่างไม่ยากเย็น ห้องรองรับสุดพิเศษสำหรับ 6 ท่านที่เหมาะสมอย่างยิ่งสำหรับการพบปะพูดคุยกันอย่างออกรสเป็นกลุ่มเล็กๆ แต่ความน่าสนใจของ The Bridge ไม่ได้หยุดอยู่ที่เพียงเมนูอาหารสุดวิจิตรและเครื่องดื่มสุดสร้างสรรค์ที่รังสรรค์มาอย่างเฉพาะเจาะจง เพราะพื้นที่แห่งนี้เป็นสะพานสำคัญที่พร้อมจะนำทุกคนไปสู่ประตูบาร์รัมที่ซ่อนเร้นอยู่บริเวณด้านล่าง ฮับสุดเอ๊กซ์คลูซีฟที่แวดล้อมไปด้วยรัมหายากที่เหมาะสมอย่างยิ่งสำหรับการปาร์ตี้ช่วงสิ้นปีอย่างไม่ต้องสงสัย<\/p>\n

แต่เมื่อก้าวลงสู่พื้นที่ของ Lower Deck พื้นที่ในร่มที่ได้รับการตกแต่งเสมือนอยู่ภายใต้ท้องเรือสุดหรูคือสิ่งแรกที่สามารถสร้างความประทับใจได้อย่างไม่ต้องสงสัย โดยพื้นที่ดังกล่าวนี้แม้จะไม่ได้โอ่อ่าเทียบเท่ากับโซน Upper Deck แต่สำหรับผู้ที่ต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวมากขึ้นอีกหน่อยหรือมองหาสถานที่สำหรับงานสังสรรค์ งานเลี้ยง หรือแม้แต่งานแต่งานที่ไม่ซ้ำใคร Lower Deck ถือเป็นพื้นที่ในอุดมคติในทุกแง่มุม เพราะนอกจากการตกแต่งสุดวิจิตรบรรจงแล้วยังคงสามารถรองรับแจกได้มากถึง 100 ท่าน พร้อมไปด้วยห้องรับรองแบบซุปเปอร์เอ๊กซ์คลูซีฟจำนวนสองห้องที่รองรับแขกได้จำนวนห้องละ 6 ท่าน พื้นที่ศักด์สิทธิ์อย่างแท้จริงสำหรับผู้ที่มองหาความเป็นส่วนตัวอย่างแท้จริง<\/p>\n
