It was accompanied by a delicately spiced sauce that added a complex, warming dimension to the dish, building flavour with each course and culminating in a truly memorable main.<\/p><p>Yet what truly elevated the dish was the wine pairing, a brilliant match that showcased Chef Francisco\u2019s deep understanding of flavour balance and texture.
