The company has unveiled two new residential developments in Phuket, often referred to as the “Pearl of the Andaman.” Strategically located near the island’s west coast sunset beaches, both projects are surrounded by premium amenities including international schools, hospitals, shopping centers, Michelin-rated restaurants, beach clubs, championship golf courses, and pickleball courts. Designed as spaces for living and growth, both developments have received Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval and prioritize sustainability through features such as solar energy systems, rainwater harvesting, and energy-efficient architectural design.

The flagship project, The Zero Bang Tao, marks The Zero Phuket’s official debut. Located just minutes from Bang Tao Beach, this seven-story residential building comprises 85 units designed in a modern, airy style that maximizes natural light. Residents will enjoy a full range of amenities, including a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, a fitness center, and a health-focused dining space. Notably, the development aspires to become Phuket’s first condominium to eliminate single-use plastics entirely.

The second project, Silhouette by The Zero Phuket, is an eco-smart beachfront residence situated along the unspoiled northwest coast of Phuket, between Sirinat National Park and Nai Yang Beach. This low-density development features 150 contemporary units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom penthouses. Facilities include a restaurant, swimming pool, rooftop bar, spa, fitness center, kids’ club, golf simulator room, padel court, and co-working spaces. Designed to seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living, the project will also offer hotel-style management and services.

The Zero Bang Tao is scheduled for completion in Q1 2027, with starting prices at THB 4.6 million. The project is projected to deliver approximately 11% annual returns, with potential capital appreciation of up to 25%. Meanwhile, Silhouette by The Zero Phuket is expected to launch in Q3 2028, with starting prices at THB 4.4 million, offering similar return potential and growth prospects.
