In celebration of this special occasion, Ventisi has transformed its Thursday dinner service into a charming evening in pink. Expect a lavish buffet featuring fresh seafood, global favourites and creative pink-hued dishes, all expertly crafted under the direction of Executive Chef Andrea Montella.
One of the highlights is the seafood on ice, where river prawns, slipper lobsters, mussels and vibrant orange prawns are beautifully presented and replenished throughout the evening. Diners can also enjoy freshly sliced salmon and generous servings of salmon roe, perfect for creating their own sashimi platters or donburi bowls.
The international spread continues with Italian classics such as honey-glazed ham, grilled Argentinian prawns with chimichurri sauce and smoked salmon pizza. A live pasta station allows guests to customise their dishes on the spot, while a dedicated charcuterie section offers a fine selection of cold cuts.
The Pink Night Thursday Buffet is available every Thursday evening at Ventisi. Priced at 2,490 Thai Baht per person, exclusive of service charge and VAT, the experience includes unlimited beverages, soft drinks and live music. Service begins at 6.00 pm and concludes at 10.30 pm, with the buffet closing at 10.00 pm.
