For just three days, savour exceptional cuisine crafted by world-renowned chefs Ken Hom and Ariane Daguin, who will create refined menus from the finest local ingredients amid lush tropical surroundings at Pimalai Resort & Spa from 12–14 March 2026.

A two-Michelin-Key luxury retreat, Pimalai proudly presents The Gastronomic Legacy — a three-day culinary journey led by Ken Hom, the celebrated Chinese–American chef, author and television presenter widely regarded as one of the most influential authorities on Chinese cuisine; Ariane Daguin, the French–American culinary entrepreneur and author who carries seven generations of gastronomic heritage and has championed the farm-to-table movement in the United States; and Sandeep Kumar, Executive Chef of Pimalai, who draws on extensive experience at leading luxury resorts across Asia to redefine contemporary fine dining.

Together, the trio will celebrate the art of farm-to-table gastronomy, transforming rare premium ingredients through masterful technique into exquisite dishes available for a strictly limited three-day engagement. Guests will further elevate the experience with Pimalai’s award-winning wine collection, featuring more than 200 labels, carefully curated to complement each course.
