This launch represents a significant chapter for MIDO, reinterpreting the iconic “TV-shaped” case design of the 1970s with a bold modern twist, introducing, for the very first time, a chronograph function to the Multifort TV collection. The watch seamlessly merges retro charm with contemporary performance.
The Multifort TV Chronograph stands out with its gradient blue dial that shifts with the light, creating a sense of depth and refinement. Hands and hour markers are coated with Super-LumiNova® for optimum legibility in all lighting conditions. The chronograph offers subdials for 60 seconds, 30 minutes, and 12 hours, alongside a tachymeter scale and elegantly placed date window.
Housed in a 42mm stainless steel case with alternating satin and polished finishes, the watch features a screw-down crown and a transparent caseback showcasing the Caliber 60 automatic movement. With a power reserve of up to 60 hours, enhanced by a Nivachron™ balance spring resistant to magnetism and shocks, the watch is also water-resistant to 100 metres. It comes with two easily interchangeable straps: stainless steel and a blue synthetic fabric strap.
