If you’re currently battling burnout or weighing the pros and cons of handing in your resignation, a walk through the Human Resource Center exhibition might provide the answers you’re looking for, or at the very least, remind you that you aren’t alone in your struggles.

Human Resource Center is an extension of the film Human Resource, directed by Ter-Nawapol Thamrongrattanarit. More than just a typical art installation, it serves as a spiritual sanctuary for workers, blending sharp satire with an engaging, playful atmosphere.
What to Expect
Upon entering this Human Resource Center, you will be invited to explore your inner thoughts during life’s critical turning points. You’ll face a fundamental choice. Will you choose the “Application Form to Enter the System” or “Resigning to Become Who You Truly Want to Be”? This choice mirrors the internal conflict of today’s workforce. A world that demands we be standardized “cogs in the machine,” while our inner selves yearn for freedom and a sense of purpose that transcends a mere job title.
The Experience
The exhibition is held on the 8th floor of SF World Cinema, where the space has been transformed into an office. The exhibition’s mood and tone are set by flickering fluorescent lights to mimic a workplace, complete with aged cobalt carpets, stacks of paperwork, and bulky desktop computers. It is designed as an Interactive Exhibition where visitors can actively participate. You might find yourself, filling out a life application form, stepping into the shoes of an interviewer or facing the heat as the interviewee yourself.

The Human Resource Center exhibition is welcoming visitors from now through February 8, 2026, at SF World Cinema, 8th floor.
