Amid the growing global focus on health and balanced living, the “Mindful Drinking” movement has emerged as a defining lifestyle trend among modern consumers. As a result, alternative beverages such as de-alcoholized wine—offering the experience of wine without the alcohol—are gaining increasing popularity worldwide.

ENJOY IT presents its De-Alcoholized Wine from Germany, crafted to preserve the authentic aroma and taste of traditional wine. The product begins as real wine, produced through conventional winemaking methods, before undergoing alcohol removal using Vacuum Distillation technology. This process operates under low pressure at approximately 30°C, helping maintain the wine’s structure, aroma, and character in a well-balanced way.

ENJOY IT is produced by Peter Mertes, a historic winery based in Bernkastel-Kues along the Mosel River in Germany. Founded in 1924, the winery brings over a century of expertise in winemaking. Today, Peter Mertes is one of Germany’s leading wine producers and a major exporter in Europe. The company was recently ranked No. 1 among the Top 10 German Wineries by Meininger’s International in 2024 and is recognized as a pioneer in high-quality de-alcoholized wine production.

The company has invested more than €2 million in its dealcoholization system, utilizing advanced machinery from SIGMATEC, a European specialist in alcohol separation technology. This low-temperature process minimizes heat impact and avoids thermal shock, ensuring the wine retains its aroma, structure, and overall sensory profile even after alcohol removal.

One of ENJOY IT’s key highlights is its ability to deliver a balanced wine experience with significantly lower calories—approximately 22–28 kcal per 100 ml—and an alcohol content of less than 0.25%.

To introduce De-Alcoholized Wine to consumers in Thailand, ENJOY IT recently hosted a press tasting event, inviting media to experience the product through curated food pairings at SAVA restaurant. The event reflects the brand’s vision of making wine more accessible, positioning it not only for special occasions or fine dining, but as an enjoyable part of everyday meals.
