“…Pirapat “Earth” Watthanasetsiri, charismatic young actor known for his acting prowess across numerous roles under GMMTV, previously shared every aspect of his life story with #legend_th. Now, he joins us once again as our Cover Star, embodying the allure of IWC Schaffhausen timepieces…“

“I’m naturally enjoys wearing watches. I choose a watch as an accessory for every situation, whether l’m travelling, working, or just hanging out with mates. I’ll wear the timepiece that feels right for each character l’m portraying.
The design that’s most sophisticated and suits me best. If I have to choose between leather or metal straps, I’d definitely favour metal straps.”

He isn’t particularly rigid about time management in his life, but he chooses to prioritise work above all else.
“I dedicate my time to work first. I’m someone who works with tremendous dedication, regardless of what the job entails, l’ll give it my all. Next comes my personal life and relationships. After finishing work, I find spare time to do things I need to do, like going to the gym, reading books, and playing with my cat. Something I’m particularly keen on at the moment is reading biographies and psychology books. I feel especially fond of these two genres and have read quite a few volumes. Fans have bought me loads of them. I read these types of books because I want to understand human beings, to understand people’s feelings more deeply. This interest in human is something I already have, and since the acting profession requires teamwork and communication as its foundation. I believe understand humanity better, will help with my acting work as well.”

From our conversation with this bright and approachable young actor, we can sense that acting is profession he truly loves and dedicates himself to.
“My passion for this work is getting to inhabit the characters I’m assigned. I find it rather fascinating; it’s like meeting a friend you’ve never met before. I serve as a bridge, helping viewers understand what that friend is like. I find it quite enjoyable. I have a passion for getting to know new friends, the characters I receive. When we were children, we might not have known how to approach dramatic roles, but now l feel I understand characters better. There’s a greater understanding of working methods, both in terms of identity and collaborative teamwork. I’d like to play characters with more layers- individuals who feel like they have a completely different kind of understanding, perhaps otherworldly. Human, but whose thoughts aren’t human-like. I’m curious about how characters with this complexity would think. What this friend would be like is quite intriguing.”

If he could return to his teenage years, he’d want to tell himself to focus more seriously on his studies. Today, as Earth has matured, he’s still learning to let go of certain things to bring greater happiness to himself and those around him.
“If I could go back to when I was 18, l’d want to return and focus seriously on learning English, and concentrate on studying various important subjects. English is truly important nowadays. I’d want to tell myself to study hard and to keep fighting. As for lessons l’ve learned from past relationships, l used to be quite a perfectionist especially with family matters. I felt that every word and action had to be perfect, and when doing things, they had to be done properly. But ultimately, l’ve learned that things can be a bit messy. We don’t need to be so rigid about it. If something is truly necessary, it should be done. But if it’s something where you can think,
‘Oh well, never mind, we can help each other sort it out later,’ but I in the past would be like ‘That’s your responsibility, you must do it. Why haven’t you done it?’ But, when we become too attached to these things, we become more stressed. Not only stress ourselves out, but we stress those around us too. So l’ve chosen to let go and understand things more easily.”
