The theme is inspired by Marriott’s Future of Food 2025 report highlighting the growing trend of going back to traditional cooking methods and ancient ingredients alongside a focus on sustainability. It is clear that high end travellers today want more meaningful food experiences with an appreciation for local ingredients and traditional knowledge that often gets overlooked in modern fine dining.

At The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok Thai heritage meets modern style offering warm attentive service and an authentic taste of local flavours.
