The Marriott International 2025 Luxury Dining Series is nearing its grand finale and The Ritz-Carlton Bangkok is set to host an unforgettable celebration from 25 to 28 September 2025.
This year’s series is all about rediscovering the roots of food with the theme “Forgotten Flavours.” Across seven handpicked destinations in Asia Pacific Bangkok will be the final stop. Over these four days top chefs and mixologists from around the world including David Toutain Valentin Fouache Adam Catterall Loïc Portalier Tala Bashmi and Thailand’s own Chef Jai Aruss Lerlerstkull will come together at The Ritz-Carlton to create a unique dining experience blending culture creativity and bold flavours.














The theme is inspired by Marriott’s Future of Food 2025 report highlighting the growing trend of going back to traditional cooking methods and ancient ingredients alongside a focus on sustainability. It is clear that high end travellers today want more meaningful food experiences with an appreciation for local ingredients and traditional knowledge that often gets overlooked in modern fine dining.

The series kicks off on 25 and 26 September at Duet by David Toutain where guests can enjoy a cutting edge Six Hands Dinner. Michelin two star chef David Toutain has flown in from Paris to join forces with Valentin Fouache head chef at Duet and Adam Catterall from Hong Kong’s Michelin starred Roganic.
On 27 and 28 September there is a special event mixing French culinary finesse with Asian precision. Chefs Toutain and Fouache team up with Loïc Portalier executive chef of Hong Kong’s Michelin starred Louise to deliver a truly memorable experience.






On 26 September Lily’s will host an exclusive private dinner for just 10 guests. Tala Bashmi named MENA’s Best Female Chef will share her take on authentic Bahraini cuisine through a beautifully crafted tasting menu.
On 27 and 28 September guests can enjoy the Friends of Lily’s Brunch featuring Chef Pop Sethaphat Sukpaisanpong alongside Tala Bashmi Loïc Portalier and Thailand’s Chef Jai Arut Leelasakul. Together they will blend Middle Eastern Thai and French flavours to create a brunch like no other perfectly capturing Lily’s Art of Gathering spirit.




Meanwhile at Calēo Bar bar manager Ewen Ledan brings together Angelo Sparvoli from The Savoy’s iconic American Bar in London and Hong Kong mixologist Simone Rossi on 26 and 27 September. Their collaboration promises world class cocktails and a night to remember.



Calēo is also offering a multisensory Chocolate Afternoon Tea from 25 to 28 September where Executive Pastry Chef Sylvain Constans will showcase the art behind each chocolate creation taking guests on a tasty journey through the world’s best cocoa.
