ETRO, the legendary Italian fashion house, opens a new chapter by fully stepping into the world of residential living with the unveiling of the interior design of ETRO Residences Phuket. This project marks ETRO’s first branded residential development in Southeast Asia and its second worldwide—underscoring the growing significance of the Branded Living movement within the global luxury real estate landscape.

Developed by Amal Development and located within the prestigious Gardens of Eden, the project sits on a 33-acre beachfront site at Bang Tao Beach on Phuket’s west coast. Designed by global branded real estate specialists The One Atelier, ETRO Residences Phuket aims to translate the brand’s fashion DNA into a living environment—one that goes beyond the concept of a “home” to offer a fully immersive lifestyle experience.

When Fashion Transforms into an Architecture of Retreat

The first interior visuals of ETRO Residences Phuket reveal a fresh interpretation of ETRO’s design language. Signature patterns, textiles, and colors—hallmarks of a brand that originated in furnishing fabrics—are reimagined into serene, refined living spaces that harmonize with Phuket’s natural surroundings.

The One Atelier’s interior design emphasizes light, spatial balance, and material quality. Ornate motifs are distilled into rhythmic spatial compositions that welcome natural light and create a seamless connection with the surrounding landscape. While the interiors retain ETRO’s distinctive eclectic spirit, they are infused with an airy, relaxed atmosphere reminiscent of a seaside resort.

At the heart of ETRO Residences Phuket lies the fusion of Italian craftsmanship with the cultural and environmental context of Southeast Asia. Bespoke furniture from ETRO Home Interiors, developed in collaboration with ONIRO Group, is paired with custom-designed walls featuring sculptural forms and tailor-made details inspired by ETRO’s extensive textile archives.

Materials such as velvet, fine wood, and marble surfaces add tactile depth and richness, while the color palette is carefully curated—from deep ocean blues and lush tropical greens to sun-reflecting neutral tones reminiscent of sand and stone. Together, these elements position fashion as a medium for delivering a premium living experience.

ETRO Residences Phuket comprises only eight residences, making it one of the most exclusive residential developments in Southeast Asia. The collection includes:

  • Three-bedroom apartments, approximately 222 square meters
  • Three-bedroom penthouses, approximately 438 square meters
