As soon as guests step into The Peninsula Bangkok, they will be greeted by a breathtaking scene, with vibrant lanterns and red flowers symbolising happiness and prosperity. The hotel will come alive with the roar of the lion dance, creating an atmosphere of vitality and good fortune that will set the tone for the upcoming Chinese New Year celebrations.

Culinary delights await at Mei Jiang, where diners can indulge in a range of authentic Cantonese dishes, including Hong Kong-style crispy pork, Alaska crab with salted egg yolk, steamed grouper in soy sauce with Tianjin pickles, and Japanese A3 wagyu steak with black garlic and BBQ sauce. Each dish can be paired with a specially selected tea to complement the flavours, along with a selection of à la carte dishes crafted to mark the Chinese New Year.

Mei Jiang is also proud to offer a premium dim sum menu, featuring creations by expert chefs using only the freshest ingredients.
