"...A sophisticated clubhouse introducing a new programme tailored for members passionate about fitness and well-being..."
For those who have frequented the exclusive Soho House Bangkok, it’s no secret that every element of elevated lifestyle has been meticulously curated within this remarkable space. Upholding the same high standards that have defined the brand since its inception in London in 1995, the clubhouse has become a beacon for those seeking to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of refined living.
Most recently, Soho House Bangkok has further enhanced its offerings with the launch of the Wellness Studio on 6th September, a new initiative aimed at promoting holistic health for all members. The Wellness Studio, located in a prime spot opposite the pool on the outdoor terrace, offers an array of weekly fitness classes, including yoga, HIIT, and strength conditioning. Best of all, these classes are available to members at no additional cost.
The studio also boasts state-of-the-art fitness equipment by TechnoGym, ensuring that members can enjoy a full-body workout in a luxurious setting. Facilities include weight benches, free weights, resistance bands, and yoga blocks, allowing members to personalise their exercise routines according to their preferences.
What sets this programme apart, however, is the attention to detail in every aspect. Alongside the fitness classes, the Wellness Studio provides an extensive range of healthy food and beverage options for members to enjoy. The highlight is the ‘build your own bowl’ lunch menu, which offers a variety of nutritious ingredients, along with a selection of fresh fruit smoothies to energise and refresh after a workout.
To celebrate the launch of the Wellness Studio, Soho House Bangkok is offering an exclusive week-long programme of special events for its members. From Saturday 7th to Sunday 15th of September, members are invited to participate in a series of well-being activities, including yoga, ice baths, core flow sessions, and the deeply relaxing singing bowl meditation.
