"...Khum Hom Restaurant ushers in the new year with grandeur, launching the 2025 Edition of Four Hands Culinary Journey. The series kicks off with a collaboration between two renowned chefs, Chef Ian Kittichai and Michelin-starred Chef Charles Coulombeau. Together, they will create a remarkable dining experience, fusing French culinary techniques with Thai flavours. Guests will be treated to a truly unforgettable meal, featuring a choice of seven-course and nine-course menus, each one masterfully blending artistry and science on the plate."
Chef Charles Coulombeau is widely celebrated for his contemporary French cuisine, influenced by Japanese culinary traditions. He is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards, such as the Aittinger International Culinary Prize and accolades from Gault & Millau. In this event, Chef Coulombeau will present an innovative menu that harmoniously combines the flavours of Thailand's four regions with those of France, alongside Chef Ian Kittichai, one of Thailand's leading chefs. Together, they will create a special menu that highlights premium ingredients from both Thailand and France.

The Four Hands Dinner: Chef Charles Coulombeau x Chef Ian Kittichai* marks the debut of the Four Hands Culinary Journey series at Khum Hom Restaurant, which will continue throughout 2025. The event will feature highlights such as Langoustine Mosaic with Ratchaburi coconut, a signature dish by Chef Charles that earned him a Michelin star; Thai Bay squid with roselle, created by Chef Ian; Andaman grouper with Phatthalung toddy palm; and pigeon with dried bananas from Tak Sin, all carefully prepared by Chef Charles.
