This special programme will take you on a journey to experience comfort food with an authentic touch, presented simply yet creatively. Each chef will guide you through a world of flavours, creating dishes that embody their distinct identity while providing a comforting, home-cooked feel.

The culinary festival begins with an international buffet at JW Cafe, offering a wide range of flavours, from Thai, Indian, Japanese, and Chinese to Western dishes. There will also be special offerings from Tsu Japanese Restaurant, Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse, and Chisana Nami, along with home-cooked meals from Man Ho Chinese Restaurant and Man Ho Bistro. You can also indulge in exquisite Thai desserts from Bangkok Baking Company and classic American-style steaks from New York Steakhouse.

The culinary celebration kicks off at JW Cafe from 17th March 2025 onwards, with chefs from all the hotel’s restaurants presenting carefully selected dishes that evoke nostalgic memories through familiar flavours. The menu will rotate, offering a diverse range of dishes from various countries, and service will be provided directly to your table, allowing you to engage with the dining experience and experience the cultural essence of each cuisine up close.

This is a unique opportunity to savour exceptional flavours, enjoy meals, and converse with the expert chefs who create these special dishes, all while experiencing a dining journey filled with stories of taste and culinary excellence at JW Marriott Bangkok.
