Their latest offering is a masterfully curated menu inspired by the theme “Racines, Fleurs et Feuilles” – translating to roots, flowers, and leaves. This seasonal concept captures the spirit of spring in all its vibrancy and vitality, celebrating nature’s balance and sustainability through meticulously sourced ingredients.
True to its philosophy, Duet’s spring menu is more than a meal – it is an immersive culinary experience that brings together the contemporary elegance of French gastronomy with an unwavering attention to detail. This season, Duet presents two distinct tasting journeys:
Essence Course (6 courses) – A refined expression of simplicity, highlighting the elegance of seasonal spring produce.
Experiment Course (8 courses) – A bold and expressive tasting experience that embraces innovation and unexpected flavour pairings through exquisitely crafted plates.
Both courses feature a vibrant array of ingredients such as nasturtium flowers, bronze fennel, episcia, fig leaves, and meadowsweet blossoms – all harmoniously paired with the refreshing tang of various citrus fruits. Adding depth and intrigue, subtle touches of Eastern staples such as wasabi and miso are delicately woven into the menu, creating dishes that are at once gentle and powerful, fresh and refined.
