"...Lisa Manoban, a global fashion icon and talented Thai artist, made a striking debut as an actress in the third season of HBO Max's famous series The White Lotus in 2025. The premiere was held grandly in both the United States and Thailand, the latter being one of the filming locations for the series. Without a doubt, Lisa dazzled at both premieres, gracing the events with four stunning outfits. Today, #legend_th takes you on a journey to explore these four exquisite looks..."
For the first look, Lisa attended the Los Angeles premiere red carpet in a white and yellow dress by Miss Sohee. The ensemble featured a sheer white corset adorned with shimmering pearls, while the lower half of the gown was a long yellow skirt, reminiscent of the white lotus flower in the morning sun—a perfect nod to the series' name.
What made this look even more remarkable was not just the beauty of the dress but the lotus flower she carried throughout the red carpet. The flower, created with intricate craftsmanship by Thai jewelry brand SARRAN, was named Light of Lotus, inspired by the first light of day reflecting on the water’s surface and symbolizing new beginnings.
For the second look, Lisa stunned at the Los Angeles afterparty in a black and white dress from Schiaparelli's Fall/Winter 2024 collection by Daniel Roseberry. This long-sleeved dress employed Trompe l’oeil techniques to highlight the silhouette, complemented by gilded brass earrings adorned with rhinestones and enameled pearls, and a signature brass cuff bracelet featuring the Maison’s emblematic padlock.
At the Thai premiere, Lisa's third look saw her in a purple-pink strapless gown from Louis Vuitton that evoked the colour of lotus petals often seen in Thailand. She completed the outfit with earrings from Bulgari’s Diva's Dream collection, a Serpenti ring, and a beautiful garland on her wrist, along with hair accessories crafted by SARRAN, as seen in her earlier looks.

Finally, for the Bangkok afterparty, Lisa embraced a bright, refreshing look in a short yellow silk dress by Mesh Museum and SARRAN. The dress, decorated with delicate beadwork, perfectly showcased her silhouette while highlighting a distinctive detail at the shoulders. There, a blackened brass garland of 2,000 jasmine flowers was attached, a reinterpretation of SARRAN’s classic design. This garland, inspired by the traditional Thai homecoming welcome, was a symbol of beauty and cultural heritage, adding the perfect finishing touch to this stunning ensemble.
