Beillevaire was founded in 1980 in the Marais Breton Vendéen region of France by Pascal Beillevaire, who was raised on his family’s dairy farm. Including, Brie de Meaux – the "King of Cheese" from the Brie region; Camembert de Normandie – creamy, rich, and characterful; Fourme d'Ambert – a smooth, delicate blue cheese from Auvergne; Beaufort d'été & Tomme de Savoie – Alpine cheeses with floral and nutty notes; and Comté 24 Months – matured for two years, offering a bold and complex flavour. Each cheese was carefully paired to enhance the flavour profiles and offer a balanced, gourmet experience.
