Zürich is regarded as another major city in Switzerland, known for its rich ethnic diversity, languages, and cultures brought by people from various backgrounds and nationalities. Despite the diverse origins of its residents, whether they are students, professionals, or the elderly, everyone adheres to the same urban lifestyle. This aligns with the saying, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” It clearly illustrates the process and images of individuals from diverse backgrounds instinctively adhering to the rules of Zurich. This is evident in the orderliness, cleanliness, and mutual respect displayed by the city’s residents, from the moment they wake up and commute to work according to their daily schedules, until they return to their homes. From these observable aspects, two key phrases come to mind: “orderliness” and “high quality of life.” These attributes are reflected in the cost of living in Swiss Francs, which may be high, but undeniably offer exceptional quality.
Material culture is outlined as follows to promote the civic identity of the city and serve as a tool to integrate people from different cities into becoming Zurichers #
