Located on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, VIU offers a Mediterranean-inspired five-course menu crafted with precision by talented chefs. Upon arrival, couples are greeted with a glass of champagne or a mocktail, accompanied by a bouquet of red roses, setting the tone for a romantic evening. The menu includes Ravioli di Barbabietola—homemade beetroot ravioli stuffed with goat cheese and spinach, Fagottini di Pasta—scallop-stuffed pasta beautifully presented, Risotto Ostriche & Champagne—a delicate oyster and champagne risotto, and a main course inspired by Surf and Turf, Terra & Mare, featuring grilled lobster tail and wagyu beef, symbolising the perfect balance between opposites in love. To conclude, the dessert, "Love Is In The Air," will add a sweet touch to the evening. Situated on the first rooftop in Bangkok at The Empire, Le Du Kaan offers a specially curated Valentine's Day set menu by Chef Ton Thitid. This unique selection includes appetizers such as Soft Shell Crab Som Tum and Pla Pao (Thai grilled fish), followed by main courses of Lobster Khao Soi, Grilled Tongue, and Roast Pork Neck Curry. The meal concludes with La Roselle, a refined dessert that highlights premium ingredients meticulously selected for an unforgettable experience.

An innovative Asian dining concept at the Bangkok Marriott Marquis Queen's Park, Akira Back presents an exclusive five-course menu crafted with the finest ingredients by a skilled chef. Dishes include Scallop Crudo with white yuzu sauce, Pan-Seared Foie Gras served with homemade bread and honey miso sauce, Toothfish, the main course Hitachi Ribeye A5—a premium Japanese Wagyu rib-eye steak, and a dessert of Fruit Farm with strawberry mousse and yuzu, paired with Black Forest cake.
